Watching from London. On our third lockdown, and much snow and ice over the last few days! Your vlogs are a 'breath of fresh air' for me , at this time. I used to travel to Disneyland many times in the 70's last time was 1990 I think. Obviously have never been to DCA. It looks fab. My 'cup of British tea!' Although I'm an 'older' lady, I'm a Disney gal through and through, having been to Disneyworld many times as well. Kitra when you go shopping, I see me, in you! I get really emotional when I see something cute, that I just have to buy! During this time, I am becoming Disney obsessed! I treated myself to a couple of Disney items for Xmas, and as it's my B'day in a few weeks, have just ordered a couple of other things, all from ebay. It's not so much the price of the items, it's the shipping charges, and the taxes. After I watch one of your vlogs, when you visit the stores, I'm immediately on ebay, to see if I can purchase anything you've looked at. I really liked the 'anniversary' keyring and magnet. I'm going to check now, but I doubt if they'll have anything. Maybe too soon. Kitra, if ever I am lucky enough to get over one more time, it would be my pleasure and privilege to go on a shopping spree with you! I think you and Peter, make such a lovely couple. I mean he even likes shopping... A gem.😉

I spent the entire time going how is this churro “WandaVision” themed? Then it hit me, it’s black and white like the retro 50s/60s episodes of the show plus Pineapple flavored like the Pineapple Agnes brings for dessert for dinner with the Harts 🍍 Very subtle, Disney, very subtle 😂

We loved DCA 1.0 with small kids. Bugs Land, esp with the splash pads, was the BEST. Now we’re all adults, looking forward to Marvel, but those days were amazing. Memories...
Wow its been 20 years already. They've made alot of great changes to the park over the years, but I do kinda miss DCA 1.0. I miss going over the golden gate bridge on the monorail, and the original CA screaming.

Also, the best way to do puzzles is to find a place where you can just leave it out (I know this is hard with pets - I have a cat and she likes to knock the puzzle pieces over) and then just work on it when you feel like it. I like to just have it out and I find myself working on it as I watch videos or if my mom calls and I'm on the phone or sometimes while listening to audiobooks. Don't think of it as something you need to get finished but as an ongoing project that you work on little by little!

@@OrdinaryAdventures Growing up in Phoenix with no theme parks, my parents tried to take us to Disneyland once a year. I think because I wasn't overly saturated with the parks, everything at DCA was different and exciting! Grizzly Peak was stunning to me lol

My family and I were there on February 8,2001 for opening Day! It was my now-23 year old daughter’s Third Birthday and she loved Redwood Creek Trail and the Bountiful Valley Farm the most, along with Muppetvision and Jumping Jellyfish-it was a Very Nice Day and sadly kinda uncrowded....

Nice that they‘re celebrating ist even though the park is closed. I was at the 15th anniversary of Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris and there was nothing special, only like 5 balloons with a 15 on it at the entrance.

I would love to have a behind the scenes vlog on how you manage to shoot and edit and turn it around in under 24 hours to such a high standard. My Son and I went to Disneyland right after Ca Adventures opened There were no lines at DL We were able to go on rides like Haunted Mansion and Pirates and got to just walk around and ride them twice in a row
