One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I started making them with team logos on the left, and a game snapshot on the right, and I’ve gotten almost all of my video views with that style.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

seriously, i don’t have espnu and i’m sure hundreds of thousands of people around the country also wanted to watch this that didn’t have it either. it’s disrespectful to both programs to limit their game to a subscription service

It’s hard with how late they scheduled it. They already had all the games scheduled with specific times and on specific networks
This is looked like a damn rivalry game. Sucks it can't become one any time soon. This would be the most random rivalry of all time haha
these schools publicly say they want to schedule difficult games on an annual basis but they are all talk and no action. these 2 teams should be/can be rivals. great start. play 'em again next year at BYU or any field, right?

@@javtimestwo I looked into it and the soonest they could play again is 2024. Schools schedule their non-conference games years ahead of time. That's why criticizing a team's non-conference opponents (unless its just easy unknown schools) is stupid. What looked like a brave pick for an opponent 4 years ago might not look the same 4 years later. But yea, 2024 is the first available opening for both teams. Thats actually soon compared to bigger schools. For example, Ohio State already knows it's playing Georgia in 2031. Wild.
@@javtimestwo BYU doesn’t need shitty sun belt teams on their schedule. Like coastal is a football dynasty. They need notre dame or Cincinnati, not a coastal team they are going to feel sorry for. U know BYU ran the same defense every play vs coastal. And they had their linebackers sit back and not shoot gaps. They didn’t blitz one time. They took it easy on coastal. Just watch what they did vs any other team on 3rd and shorts.

The coach might have fucked up his play calling but they didnt "take it easy on them". This was a must win game for both teams. Coastal was the better team.

I spent a free trial to watch this game. Not disappointed.
This was probably the most boring, worst game I saw all year. The casual fan might think it was a good game, but BYU half assed this and called the dumbest plays. At least Wilson didn’t get hurt playing this stupid last minute exhibition.

@@airhighlights7936 it was like an exhibition. Not like BYU getting in the playoffs with it. I get they wanted an extra game, but cinci would have made more sense. They played about as pathetic as a team like that could, and still lost by a yard.

They just "barely" won, and they would have lost had a touchdown not been called back due to holding at the line, and they almost made a touchdown at the end.
It was more like a good game between two 9-0 teams... and I think BYU needed to be humbled some.

This was the most anticipated game this week. Between two underrated teams and teams with the best uniforms and team colors. This was amazing.

Wow what a hard fought awesome game! Congrats to Coastal Carolina on an unbelievable season. BYU was awesome this season too. And they almost had a tremendous comeback drive at the end, but unfortunately someone always has to be on the losing end of the game. Both teams really impressive and my hats off to them both.

I think a majority were trying to get him up they noticed he pulled up before really making contact with the QB. The first guy was an asshole was basically stepping on him best the assistants and the other players where picking the big man up.

Loved watching these two teams play. Better than a lot of other games this weekend. Only disappointment was the unsportsmanlike stance Coastal took against BYU. Lost respect just before half-time with the hits to Wilson. Not necessary. Other than that...great game!

I like the GT counter and the freeze plays from their back side QB read plays and goes into a speed option! The key reads from the slip play is just awesome too. Triple Option gets BYU stalling all the time.

Before coming into the Sun Belt, App State was a monster, was 6 years old at the time in 2007 when i heard on the radio App State defeated Michigan who were predicted to win a natty that year. But compared to other conferences, I think they are good and have bright futures ahead.

Props to BYU playing in such short notice, but I think they were a little over rated, BUT this means u guys can play Washington in a bowl game tho.
Nah, I think they were underrated still... First, both teams were 9-0. Second, BYU had a touchdown called back due to holding at the line. 2nd, they were what a yard or two from a touchdown at the end there before the time ran out. So, I think they were just a tad unlucky this game, and remember, good teams generally will sometimes lose a game, and frankly I think they needed to be humbled a little. I thought it was a good game other than some fighting and arrogance I was seeing.

@Leonard's Mirror TV the big scuffle before the half happened bc byu threw a pick, so it was legal to throw a block on the qb, which they did, but after he got blocked into the ground gunter kept throwing him around and the byu bench took offense

BYU guy - that was a fun game - college football how it should be... I hope with a BYU grad as new president there, they'll find a way to make this a game every few years, home and home. Good tie to part of the country BYU hasn't really had connections in in the past.

Disgusting what those Carolina players did at the end of the 2nd, they should be suspended. That BYU o-line struggled all game, Zach Wilson still did his thing and its good that he got to experiences pressure 24/7, will make him better. I'm loving what these two teams have been bringing this year.

I’m not saying one of these teams would beat a power 5 top 10 team, but for god sakes give them a chance. We saw UCF put up a fight against LSU a couple years ago in the bowl game. I think both of these teams (especially coastal) are far more complete teams than that UCF team was *they have respectable defenses*. They both would 100% put up a heavy fight against some top tier teams
