Her sitting comfortably in her car has nothing to do with her potentially being homeless or this situation at all... If my car is parked and I'm sitting in it I'm going to sit how I'm most comfortable...like how I sit in my living room... But I know better than doing it impaired and while arguing with the cops (I don't argue with cops either 😂) so there's a big difference in me and her situation. 😂 I just have back and leg problems and have issues getting comfortable in vehicles.

Years ago I was a Louisiana State Special Officer and worked security for different Bars and Pubs in New Orleans and you would be shocked at what people honestly thought was OK to do in bars just because it was New Orleans , it's so bad down there that bars have armed security and all armed security have to be licensed and commissioned law enforcement officers. It was fun though !

The first woman absolutely reminds me of the Wisconsin woman who’s appeared in numerous videos driving with a suspended license and just racking up ticket after ticket. She’s the one who famously did the “jerking fist next to her cheek” motion when the cops pulled her over in a video.
That woman is why the states need to start towing and selling peoples car. DUIs and people who don't have correct paperwork should I have 1 chance to get things corrected. If they don't have the paperwork the car gets towed. If they are drunk, they get 1 chance to get someone to get their car first.
They do this because they’ve been doing it to guys their whole lives and getting their way

I really hope that one day, somebody, somewhere...will be able to explain to me why people don't lose their licences for drunk driving. It's treating driving as some sort of human right. It's not. There should be zero tolerance. 0 alcohol, and if you get caught with any alcohol in your system, you lose your licence. Simple, clear & effective. I really fail to see why it's accepted as an ok thing to do, some minor little mistake that doesn't really warrant any significant punishment or consequences.
