Maybe it's because the DeWalt is chromed (mirror) as opposed to the white on the Milwaukee. I personally just picked up the M12 rocket. Can't wait to use it ❤️
@@aaronrepper7649 Do you personally notice much of a difference as far as brightness goes? Only thing I wish they'd change on the M12 is 3 modes like the M18. But I'll take 2 modes over 1.

Hope power is restored quickly bud. I believe the dewalt uses a COB(chip on board) LED while the Milwaukee lights(most of their lights except the flashlights and headlamps) tend to use SMD LEDs…I think anyway, I could be wrong though.

In other words, you'll receive more light with less wattage. An SMD LED also produces a broader light beam, which means the light doesn't need as large of a heat sink as a COB.
Not a big fan of the rocket style lights. I have the Ridgid panel lights and a tripod love how they throw light and detach. Was thinking about buying the packout light but it’s hard to give up on my trusty Ridgid 100.00 light
Thats a great light .. one of modt underated lights out there ... I like those kind of lights to . But these are better sometimes depends on where ur using .. open space .. open room .. these are good

I have the dewalt dcl077 light and it's pretty bright too. It has that same yellow led dot in the middle. Good for working down low to the ground

Got the Milwaukee 3 head 3000l light and m12 rocket light. Use the M12 more, smaller lighter faster.
