    Hey Alex. Just picked up my trailer yesterday in Missouri. I already have a suspension issue. Do you know how to adjust the height of the lift axle, not the suspension it self? My front axle is too high on the drivers side so the tires and pushed against the trailer stopping them from turning. I hit a bump where the suspension must have bottomed out and skidded a hole through my brand new front outside tire. Any thoughts on adjustment would help me out. Thank you!

    • @Mr.AlexKogan
      @Mr.AlexKogan  Месяц назад +1

      Oh wow. I honestly don’t know how to adjust that. I believe the only thing that controls the lift axle is the airbag itself. I say best bet is to take it to a trailer place that sells the brand you bought and have them fix it under warranty. I wish I could help but can’t think of anything without even seeing the issue. I know there’s a level valve for the whole suspension to stop going up at a certain point. Don’t know if the lift axle has its own level valve.

      @@Mr.AlexKogan I wish RUclips let you post pictures, on my toolbox that contains the air system it says to dump everyday and to deflate air bags while loading. I also run a semi and the difference is we have a water separator and purge valve for our air tanks while the hotshot trailer doesn’t. But you should also drain the air tanks so moisture doesn’t build up and create rust inside the steel tank. I also ungraded my hotshot trailer’s tank to an aluminum one. I don’t know where you live, but during the colder months, you should drain them and leave open the valve every night so the air inside doesn’t ice up and clog your air system.
