I started using the "trash bowl" method since I watched Rachel Ray too, for a long time time. Really good habit and keeps the kitchen clean and you don't have to do much cleaning when you're done cooking.
Seriously guys there's NO tricks in keeping your apartment/condo/ house clean...Keep your stuff organized,Mop, sweep, do the dishes everyday and you'll have a clean home...You wont have to do a major cleaning once a week...

I watched your video where you talked about Essentia water and I decided to give it a shot because I have rheumatoid arthritis and I was hoping that my pain would be lessened if my pH was better balanced. I realized quickly that I was very dehydrated, and I felt much better after about six weeks of drinking the water. It's hard to tell if I'm having less pain because of my pH, or because I'm hydrated. Either way, I'm very thankful that you shared the information because I would have never tried it otherwise.
