Both have to be connected to the same network,
First connect the mobile to the network to which you are going to connect the camera Then, with the help of the Tapo app in the mobile app, connect the CCTV camera to the same network, then you can see the live footage.

What if Camera is setup on Home WiFi and I'm away from home using mobile data, I don't see the camera not able to monitor.
@ajayshinde8111 u can watch anytime with any wifi or 4g data, once u have completed setup, and u can add others also by sharing device option under settings
