Gonna try to chart this for you all, just for fun, average (safe) heartbeat is 60bpm -100bpm
1:40 We are currently at 96bpm
4:42 Down to 94bpm
10:42 Down to 64bpm
If we get much lower we'll have problems.

coo video, I find it difficult for you to slow down my accelerated heartbeat, since in medical consultations I get very nervous, but I think that Dr. Hastings ASMR can achieve it with her asmr relaxation techniques and put my normal rhythm back heart.
