Stockbridge Massachusetts is an historic town. Grew up close to there and have family who live there. i’m not sure if you know who Norman Rockwell the famous painter is, but he lived in Stockbridge and grew out there. All of his famous paintings are in one building on Main Street. I spent most of my childhood in Stockbridge. It is an extremely beautiful town.
Check out a video of Bronner's Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth Michigan. It's a store that is open all year, only sells Christmas decorations and is the size of 1.5 Walmarts.
Just went to Frankenmuth on Saturday and had a wonderful time even though we picked a freezing cold day to go. We loved the whole vibe with the Bavarian architecture, the Christmas lights all over town, the chicken dinner at the Bavarian Inn, all the shops and of course Bronner's. It was a good time!
Frankenmuth, Michigan was 20 miles from my childhood home. The largest Christmas store in the World. My parents went there every year for a seasonal visit
That second video suggested at the end (10 Best Christmas Towns) looks like it features our own Frankenmuth here in Michigan, known for the store Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, which bills itself as "The World's Largest Christmas Store." If it has anything remotely to do with Christmas, you can find it at Bronner's. There's also the SnowFest, which is a snow and ice sculpture festival that encompasses the collegiate-level national championship. The town itself was founded by settlers from the Franconia region of Bavaria (the name is literally "Franken" from Franconia and "muth" for courage, meaning "the courage of the Franconians"), and their German heritage is echoed in the architecture and culture. It's even nicknamed "Michigan's Little Bavaria." So Christmas in Frankenmuth can have a really cool storybook vibe to it.
I can’t believe they left out Frankenmuth, Michigan! You can celebrate Christmas all year round there! Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland is the world’s largest Christmas store. To say it is huge is an understatement! You have to see it to believe it! Another Michigan Christmas attraction is the “North Pole Express” steam train, featuring the Pere Marquette 1225 steam locomotive. It was featured in animated form in the movie “The Polar Express.” The round trip begins in Owosso, Michigan, and takes passengers to the village of Ashley, Michigan for a two-hour experience at the “Ashley Country Christmas” before returning to Owosso. It runs from the end of November until shortly before Christmas. Tickets go on sale in July, and are quickly sold out!
Merry Christmas, Beesleys! I grew up in Keizer, Oregon [~42 miles / 68 km south of Portland]. While I was in high school, a nearby neighborhood started a 3 mile (~5 km) route of homes decorated with many Christmas lights. It definitely boosted local traffic during Christmas time. It's on its 38th year. It also collects donations of cash and food for a local food bank. I live about 2 hours away (by car) from Leavenworth, Washington. It looks amazing when covered with snow. The surrounding mountains really add to view. It is a gem within Washington state.
Millie you should check out Bronners Christmas store in Frankenmuth Michigan. I'm pretty sure it's the world's biggest Christmas store. It's open all year. It's an amazing store with really cool things. I'm sure there's an online tour or something. It's really something to see.
The story of how Leavenworth became a "Bavarian" town goes back to the 1960's. A resident had just returned from the Passion Play in Oberammergau. She noticed how the mountains of the area resembled in Germany. Since they had recently had a large fire, the town decided yo build it back in the Bavarian style.
II'm from Duluth MN and Bentleyville is amazing for a Christmas display. It can get very busy though. We do also have extremely cold weather sometimes. Today (Christmas Dad it is warm 33 degres F) but we can sometimes get -40 F not including the windchill factor. Bentleyville is right on the harbor of Lake Superior and can be very windy. We have had very little snow this year and last, we do sometimes get ice storms, but the 2022-2023 winter we set a record with a snowfall total of 140.1 inches (3.55 meters)
levanworth, Washington is beating any Tim of the year.I am familiar with Franklin Tennessee my ancestors were part of the settlers when rhe area was a wilderness in the early 159s.
Many years ago, a many in Arkansas was embroiled in a famous court case involving 8 million holiday lights he had throughout his property (that could even be seen from space!). He lost the case and had to surrender 5 million of the lights. What do you do with 5 million lights? Well, you give them to DisneyWorld, of course! About 10 years ago, my daughter & I went down to FL to see the AR lights, and it was pretty spectacular! Disney does Christmas up BIG TIME, including a nationally televised parade. If you like Christmas and lights, it’s definitely worth the trip!
I live about 40 miles south of Seattle. Been to Leavenworth countless times. In addition to the Christmas festivities, they also celebrate Oktoberfest. They have live cams that run 24/7, too. If I could, I'd love to move up to the Wenatchee /Leavenworth area!
Went to College 1 hour away from LEAVENWORTH and live 2 hours away. Have been their many times during all times of the year . Take a ride on the Alpine Coaster which seats 2 people at a time just like a luge.
Hi Millie! I'm so glad to hear that you love Christmas! We live close to the first town, Leavenworth, Washington. It is truly magical, even in the summer. I highly recommend some of the videos highlighting all that there is to do there!
San Diego California has CANDY CANE LANE and JINGLE BELL HILL. Every single home puts out twinkle lights and Christmas decorations to excess. And there are more.
The thumbnail on this video is Leavenworth, Washington... unmistakable. It's about 3 hours drive from where I live. I've been there many times. Best to go before Christmas when it's snowing. Just magical. After Christmas not nearly as crowded. Without snow it's not nearly as fun.
Also they have a shop there if you like. Teacups and tea kettles I mean they have some incredible unusual ones there like with butterflies and stuff you know. Very nice ceramic tea kettles and cups
Did you hear that Louisiana has a drive-thru bar where you can pick up a drink and drive through and go somewhere and drink it? They do the same thing in Wichita here. You could do that. It's kind of weird. I mean that's like drinking and driving isn't it? I think you have to take it somewhere then have your drink
I lived in Tennessee a long time ago, and you could get a rum and coke at the pharmacy drive through. It came in a to go cup with a straw. Strange how much the world has changed… 😂🎉😂
I know they're really cute towns and all but I have to say snow makes it. You know I used to live in Washington. I kind of miss it but snow definitely makes the Christmas holiday
Did you have a great American Fish Taco? Oh, to die for !!! But make sure it isn't breaded fish (cod is fine or any white fish), has lime juice on it, and pico de guio (tightly sliced fresh tomatoes & onions), and cilantro, and guacamole, on bacon-grease friend corn-tortillas. I think it was at Rubio's in San Diego, where I first ate it.
It would have been interesting to hear the information if only their background music wasn't instead foreground music and make it impossible to hear the narrator.
Before I watch this, Leavenworth, WA should definitely be on the list. Edit: well that was quick. I've been to many of these and Leavenworth is always a level above.
Love snow on Christmas then it can go. The older I get the less I like snow. That being said, if I didn't have to shovel and drive in it I wouldn't care.
I’m not usually one to comment on background music, but it felt excessively loud in this one. But no use sweating the small stuff. Merry Christmas, everyone!
Clearly the people that made this video know very little as they left out Bethlehem PA. If you Google "christmas city usa" the top result is Bethlehem. Anyone that creates a list that does not include it, is a moron.

Used to live in Michigan and love frankenmuth. And Bronners.
Went there most years growing up in Flint.
Just went to Frankenmuth on Saturday and had a wonderful time even though we picked a freezing cold day to go. I hope you and yours had a beautiful Christmas ❤
Great reaction Millie! I hope you, James, and Archie, had a wonderful Christmas! 👍🎅🤶👸
I live in Hershey PA pretty crazy here for Christmas with Hershey lights and town decorations Many of these are GORGEOUS ❤❤
@Outlawjumptfoff I grew up just outside Hummelstown, I could see the tree that was on top of the Kissing Tower from my house at Christmas time.
Thank you, Beesleys, from a mountaintop in Laramie/Buford, Wyoming USA!! 🎅🏼🦌🎄🦌🤶🏻

December of 2005, my wife and I spent our honeymoon there. It's one of the best Christmas towns out there IMO.
Leavenworth is amazing any time of year.
Merry Christmas to you Millie! 🎄Blessings from Southern California.
MERRY CHRISTMAS to everyone. I just Love Christmas and yes we as Americans do it up. Love From Michigan and it's a beautiful evening ❤️

Frankenmuth Michigan needs to be on this list!
That's funny. I knew they'd pick Leavenworth first. It is. It does look like another little country when it's snowing there
levanworth, Washington is beating any Tim of the year.I am familiar with Franklin Tennessee my ancestors were part of the settlers when rhe area was a wilderness in the early 159s.
Florida has severe weather, including temps and ice that devastate the orange orchards.
There is something that's just special about the xmas time of year. Love it for sure.
Leavenworth Washington is as magical in the middle of summer as it is in the middle of winter.

Leavonworth WA is a great little town. It's in Central WA...and worth singing in to visit if you can.
Went to College 1 hour away from LEAVENWORTH and live 2 hours away. Have been their many times during all times of the year . Take a ride on the Alpine Coaster which seats 2 people at a time just like a luge.
In Leavenworth you will also hear Alpen horns played daily in the city square. It’s so cool!

They're all beautiful, I hope your family had a merry Christmas 🎄
San Diego California has CANDY CANE LANE and JINGLE BELL HILL. Every single home puts out twinkle lights and Christmas decorations to excess. And there are more.
San Diego also has Santee Square if that counts.
@ of course it counts! 🎄
San Diego also has Californian's largest ice rink near Sycuan Casino which is great.
I'm surprised there's no snow in Tennessee. That's funny
The thumbnail on this video is Leavenworth, Washington...

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah and Happy New Year Everybody.
Solvang, CA is pretty awesome, if you’re OK with no snow.
👍🎄🎈🎊🎆👋☮️
Merry Christmas from snow-less northwestern Ohio! Hope Ya'll are doing well this holiday season.
Merry Christmas to you and family. :)

They also do Oktoberfest there too because it's such a quaint village
😊 I've never seen that. I'd have to check that out one year
Is anybody else noticing how Millie has grown and developed since she began! Wonderful to see.
I know they're really cute towns and all but I have to say snow makes it. You know I used to live in Washington. I kind of miss it but snow definitely makes the Christmas holiday
Thank you! I didn't know about all these things and that ice bridge. That's pretty darn cool. Wherever that's at in Vermont Woodstock I think

I wonder if you guys you guys decorate your house there?. You know I like the lights too. They're so beautiful
It would have been interesting to hear the information if only their background music wasn't instead foreground music and make it impossible to hear the narrator.
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah and happy Festivus. Festivus is a fake holiday made famous from the Seinfeld tv show.
Before I watch this, Leavenworth, WA should definitely be on the list.

Hope y'all are having a great Christmas over there!!!
Merry Christmas.
Thank you 🙏 for sharing 🎥☝️Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 have a happy new year 🎊🎈🎆
There is another video you would love. It has someone else's view of the top 24. Remember that " best" is subjective.

Hey I live in Duluth mn nice
I've seen single homes with 5 million lights
Have you heard of Santa Claus, Indiana. It's where the worthless Quarterback Jay Cutler is from and it's in my county, Spencer County Indiana.
The narrator so mispronounced Natchitoches, LoUiSiAna (I live about an hour from Natchitoches). It is pronounced: (nak uh tish).
I wonder if you can get anything you want (excepting Alice) in Stockbridge...
St Augustine is the oldest city in America.
I'm just starting this video, but if you didn't include Breckenridge Colorado you missed out.
Qual das Américas? Somos americanos também no Brasil
Wouldn’t Archie enjoy an American Christmas!
When are you and your family move to US ?
So much left out...too many to mention!
Millie, you appear to have lost some weight... Looking good! I also like the long hair {I'm almost bald - 76 years old}....
Leavenworth > all
🤘🎅
Impossible to hear what the narrator is saying with their music too loud.
I heard e very word
Clearly the people that made this video know very little as they left out Bethlehem PA. If you Google "christmas city usa" the top result is Bethlehem. Anyone that creates a list that does not include it, is a moron.
Colorado also has killer weed.
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas!
