Indian Fish finger Fry | கொடுவா மீன் வருவல் | Mangalorian Fish Fry | Meen Kaidina

This video is about Indian style finger fish fry called Meen Kaidina . It is very famous tasty evening time snacks from Mangalore and other west coastal region of Karnataka and Goa . We have used Barramundi fillets ,you can also use mackerel or Tilapia fillets. It’s a very simple marinated fish dusted in semolina rice mixture and then deep fried .
Ingredients
Barramundi fillets - 600 to 700 grams
Or Mackerel or Tilapia fillets
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Ginger garlic - 1 Tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Lemon - 1 No
Oil - for frying
Semolina - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Chilli power - 1/2 Tsp
