+BaasS Thanks for the reply! I need a new reel cause i had a cheap one and hooked the bass of a lifetime it broke the reel. I fish the canal often and think the cabo 60 with 50# is the perfect setup i may get it! Fish on!
+Alec Dompierre Ya, it's a very reliable reel and smooth. As long as you service your reel once or twice a year it will last a long time. I have a 2006 cabo I still use too. I'll probably be at the canal next Tuesday The hurricane should be off shore from the cape by then. Could be epic fishing with the horrible weather.
Quantum Cabo 60 is a great reel. Excellent for the canal.
Ya, the new Cabo is very smooth. See how it holds up in the next few years.
Nice vid, thank you! What plugs were you using?
Brian Ruscio I was using a Lights Out pencil popper. It was the first time I ever used these plugs. Love that top water. Thanks for watching! !
Great catch man, what pound test you using?
I use 50# Power Pro Super Slick. It cast great too.
