Zagreb International Airport Car rental and challenges

Arrival was smooth and not so busy at the Immigration and cleared customs and all was directly smooth.
One was that I left my iPhone cable and I had to buy one at the WH Smith style store on arrival area on landslide.
Lady gave me the wrong cable end that did not fit my iPhone so I took it back and it was a complicated affair to get the money back some how I mist say lady was helpful and I now been credited back the money of the wrong cable.
Avis car rental was straightforward and staff was helpful and forthcoming.
All in all people were helpful good first impression.
