Hello Darryl, greetings from Texas. I hope you get this message. I want to suggest the Dodge Durango alternator swap. It’s easy, and adds a lot of amperage to your charging system for those of us that run lights, compressors, fridges, and winches, etc. I just installed the 160 amp Bosch and took less than an hour.
@@DarrylSheather I got mine profesionally installed for my air lockers. I have to take the presuure switch out to install this and re install it.....That's okay right?
Hi Darryl...Love your videos. I have seen terrible reviews on the tire pressure gauge. What is your opinion on it. Is it worth the money and is it accurate. Thanks
Thank you, so far I can't complain about the ARB Gauge, seems to do what it should and is quite nice to use. I store it in a canvas bag with the air hose.
Is your TJ running a Dana 44 or 35 in the rear? I have the 35 and debating should I just get a whole new built up rear end or just upgrade the 35 with ARB locking diffs? Really good video post mate, very informative.
No I haven't, although theres a point where you need to move from the run of the mill insurers to speciality insurers who have policies suited to enthusiasts and modified vehicles. Shannons is a good starting point.

Thanks for that. Yes, it's one of the options I'm considering.
I installed a york in my TJ about 10 years ago. Love the setup.
Sounds great!
Thank you Darryl, I am considering an onboard compressor on my TJ and your video helped out a lot👍🏻🇦🇺
Glad to be of help 😀

We never got the D35 rear here, nor Rubicon unfortunately. So it's all D44 rear and D30 front, kinda makes the decision process a lot easier.
Darryl Sheather: lucky for you guys.
Did you upgrade your axles or do you have the dana 30 in front?
Dana 30 but I have chromo axles to go into it.
Did the compressor come with the switch covers that match the spod covers?
Yes, although I did change the rest of the switch covers and chose the versions to match the ARB ones.
@@DarrylSheather Thanks Darryl
Great vid Darryl. Have you had an issue with getting insurance while running 33's? I was told that TJs cant go higher than 31 without being engineered

What ARB compressor model did you install?
The High Output version - not the twin
Fast motion installs sre useless.
