    Good video as usual. What’s your setup to get down to them so quick? Thanks

    • @bigcatchfishingmississippi
      @bigcatchfishingmississippi  Год назад +1

      I was using a 1/8oz crappie magnet jighead with the keeper clipped off. I was using a 1/4oz slip sinker pegged about 8-10 inches above the jig. I started with a 1/8oz slip sinker, but when it is really windy (that day NNW wind at 12-15mph) I have better luck with heavier weight. Thanks for watching and tight lines!!

      I have the LVS34 I always do the software updates, so it is the latest version. Not sure which one. Also, I recalibrate to factory settings every trip then have to reset to my preset settings. Thanks for watching!!

      Generally. It definitely takes some getting used to. It can get kinda wonky. It is really good in heavier wind.

    • @bigcatchfishingmississippi
      @bigcatchfishingmississippi  9 месяцев назад

      Sorry, i am just now responding. I missed your question! It generally does a good job. Especially if wind is steady from one direction. Keeps you within a couple feet.

  • @gretatyson9632

    Why do you throw them back?

    • @bigcatchfishingmississippi
      @bigcatchfishingmississippi  9 месяцев назад

      Hey, I like the smaller fish better. Also, I was thinking those bigger fish might be better for breeding. I don't have any solid scientific basis for that, though. Thanks for the comment!

  • @dgriffith19
    @dgriffith19 8 месяцев назад

    Oh God I can't see my jig I have to reel back up, that's the problem with this shit, over half these people wouldn't be able to catch a fish without it. If you have to rely on cheaterscope you're not a true fisherman

    • @bigcatchfishingmississippi
      @bigcatchfishingmississippi  8 месяцев назад

      Hey, thanks for your comment and for watching. I appreciate it. It has been a game changer for me. I only have a limited window for fishing each weekend, and it is a phenomenal tool. Either way, I wish you the best. Tight lines!
