@Gw2kitty Unfortunately Etrirea, Cuba, Botswana, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Northern Mongolia, Russia Siberia, and North Korea are all fleeing. Chinese are already there working in slave clothing factories. Cotton from Russia gets funneled to Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan where Chinese clothing manufacturers hire slave labor. Likewise, Pakistan and India work factories have modern day slavery selling clothing to South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
Vietnam isn’t as bad anymore since their clothing and shoes are sold in all G8 nations. Most of the Chinese clothing goes to South America, Cuba, Central America. Mexico is well entrenched in exporting many goods now to the US and Canada and their standard wages have gotten better but still half of US and Canadian wages. South Korea and Japanese automakers have plants in Mexico’s central west regions producing quality products. Vietnam, South East Asia, and now Mexico are places to setup factories.
North Korea could of been one under Trump but they are never going to stop with Nuclear production, they are aiming to be the India/Pakistan of the Northeast Asian region. Russia’s Putin has enabled for this to be a possibility.

Getting a visa requires some effort and money. A huge barrier for some. Visa approval often requires a legitimate reason (i.e. school, work abroad, sport competition) or have real reasons to go back such as a tourist (children, business, even putting up a large deposit). Even that is far from guaranteed approval. Many foreign students who got accepted into universities of other countries got their visa applications declined.

'Cause that's all you ever hear about in this country. It's our differences. That's all the media and the politicians are ever talking about-the things that separate us, things that make us different from one another. That's the way the ruling class operates in any society. They try to divide the rest of the people. They keep the lower and the middle classes fighting with each other so that they, the rich, can run off with all the fucking money! Fairly simple thing. Happens to work. You know? Anything different-that's what they're gonna talk about-race, religion, ethnic and national background, jobs, income, education, social status, sexuality, anything they can do to keep us fighting with each other, so that they can keep going to the bank! You know how I define the economic and social classes in this country? The upper class keeps all of the money, pays none of the taxes. The middle class pays all of the taxes, does all of the work. The poor are there just to scare the shit out of the middle class. Keep 'em showing up at those jobs.

It is estimated that it costs between USD 25k-30k for a family of four to walk the gap.
That's not a small sum compared to other illegal immigrants coming from Latin American countries.
For Chinese immigrants moving to the US, a cultural shock that might come to them is how much initiative they have now to take to survive in an unfamiliar environment and encounter non-homogeneous demographics in the US for the first time in their lives.
In addition, since English is the main spoken language in the US, the language barrier will be an issue for older Chinese immigrants, making it harder for them to assimilate and they might just settle for the Chinese ghettos in Chinatown.
Most of them are just economic immigrants, trying to pass off as asylum seekers.
Younger Chinese immigrants are likely able to learn English, adapt, go to school, and do well.

The CCP don't allow Chinese citizens to leave the country by flight until approved by the CCP.
