Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the damage dealt per hit is based on the number of hits at the beginning. The damage does not decrease as the hits go on (like 15k, 14.5k, 14k, 13.5k, etc.) rather, it takes the average and hits that average 6 times. The average will be higher if he hits 5 times, even higher with 4, etc. Idk I'm probably way wrong.
I think the secret tech for him is Vampire. My guildies and I kind of cooked on this but it needs a bit more testing. His passive says if his hp has decreased by less than 30% compared to the previous turn. Our assumption is vampire makes that work easier. Here's the theory: He loses 50% during a turn, he heals 21% from a hit with vampire runes. That means his hp compared to the previous turn only decreased by 29%. He should heal from that state. It fully depends on when the "hp decreased" check for his passive is performed. If its checked during the damage step, it won't work. If its checked at the start of the turn, vamp works.
I mean.... Just make him tanky LMAO, so he doesn't get that 30%+ from DAMAGE, obviously is a much better option than a vampire set. Just Vio/Will him for RTA with tons of HP/atk but the thing is that his set is just so bad for RTA, he's useless anywhere

The damage looks the same because the game checks the state of the enemy's current HP **WHEN THE ATTACK STARTS**, not as it changes during the execution of the skill. You can test that this is true by hitting a unit like Light vampire, who will gain HP as you're attacking from absorbing from the other people on the team. Your CD is locked in on attack START. If you want your CD as less HP to kick in, it'd have to be on an almost dead target, which is why Crit HP vs MORE is a rarer stat, not just for cleave. This will be different on a mob like Raoq, who checks for extra attacks as a proc, because each attack initiates separately.
I saw a video of a guy trying him with dark cookie, dova and the one shot lushen build, it seems pretty good, but why use sukuna when lushen can just kill everyone instead of one unit hahahaha
crazy how in the series he is the strongest most feared sorcerer known as a natural calamity that plays with his enemies before 1 shotting them and in the game he is the WORST free nat5 (including all collabs/fusions)
Tell me if this is too much but his passive should change to “offset damage that would kill and revert to prior health and gives 100% attack bar. reusable every 5 turns” this would make him slightly more useable and able to focus on attack and speed. His passive is more for a tanky monster which he’s not built like that
How well do you think Vamp Rev would work on him? Say he rev procs on a turn where he loses 50% hp, then the rev procs give him 20% hp back (on a pretty low hp build) wouldn't that cause his passive to work because it specifies 'on the start of his turn'
even if it does it still wouldn’t be good because there are just other units that are better. Eg Douglas, laika even garo cus they have some type of defence passive

I think they need to buff either the threshhold to 40 or higher percent hp or they need to do a fire assasin type shit where he gets unkillable or enduring buff
@@jiyu_08 The Itadori are good in general, no need to have god runes bcs you can build them with 0/50% crit rate and full Atk and Crit Damage. In early you only do pve so you don’t need that much speed on your team.
I just watched Bagel's video about Sukuna and was interested in your opinion on the unit. I see that Bagel wasn't wrong at all and and already said everything that is to say. Sukuna straight up sucks in Summoners War and is in a great postion to win the "worst LD5" Contest.

Doubt that would make him much better. His damage just isnt enough and to get some damage you have to build him really squishy. I dont see how a squishy atk dealer if hit at all loses less than 30% hp to activate that passive.
On Bio he is very scary I would go revenge since he will be attacked every turn, I'm really surprised the free unit is not garbage like the assassins collab also dark fat boy is very good. Sukuna needs support like woosa, blue paladin, and a second damage unit to follow up since he will do armor break and may be kill with proc but if not the second unit will be able to finish the garget he is very good but the passive its like confusing since he needs a very high hp to take advantage of it but he is supposed to be on very high attack to for guys with high defense stats.

His S3 is bad. Too much conditions to heal him when you already have units that heal every turn with no conditions. It's basically a nerfed Chow passive without the cleanse that may not activate.

I’m curious how he would do as a bruiser. He has pretty decent base HP for an attack unit, so maybe spd crit rate/crit dmg and hp with good atk subs?
