Brian was an amazing man that I had the privilege to meet on a random day. He was kind enough to show me around his museum and share some great stories with me. The world misses him
thank you for sharing . i have brian for many years. in the 1988 yeat i think he flew a ballon ove.. i got a ballon ride of the hot air piano movement in 1992 . motr comments later .
I was lucky enough to work for Brian as a kid for a couple of weeks each summer growing up. We would hang around in the August sun and he would tell my middle school self stories of his adventures around the world. Thank you for taking me back. I now fly professionally and owe that love of aviation to Brian. Even while jetting high in the flight levels, I still look up for at multicolored balloon...
it is hard to squeeze 50+ years of brian jeffery boland ballooning adventures. this catches parts of his last years. i meet brian back in 1980s. there is a fascination with watching a hot air balloon fly like in the wizard of oz classic movie of 1939. the wizard only has a hot air balloon to take dorothy gale home. brian is a wizard to me. i had my first ride in one of his creations in early spring in 1992. he was flying an upright piano to the edge of a field. he offered me a ride for a quick up and down. a friendship for many years. i celebrate brian"s life and his out of the box thinking and his sense of adventure and his ability to think like a kid as a ten year old. in the kiss method of life keep it simple simon. do not complicate things. be happy. i know brian traded his earthly pilot wings for angel wings in life after earth. cheers to the balloonist and a life well live. brian left earth doing what he loved doing.
Oh, brian ❤ knew him most of my life, albeit just as a visitor in the summers on lake. I've never met anyone quite as unique as him. I hope his memory lives on for ages

Never met him but sorry to hear he passed away in such tragic circumstances
