i suffer chronic amnesia; its like living by stitching together plans and memories; my ex also had chronic amnesia; i lived with her for four years, and she would regularly forget it all; she was very particular to aesthetic, she was one of those girls that decorated her room; she placed objects all around, memories and plans; then the flood came; From the flood moving forwards in time I noticed a decline in her health alongside a decline in her mental health; It was as if part of her soul was invested in that room, and the flood had destroyed a part of her that was integral to her method of survival; Similar to how if ever I lost my wallet I would freak out immediately; But the banks secure my accounts, and my assets are very personal so they cannot really be stolen or moved, and are not of particular value enough to be a bother to anyone, so really my body is my temple... But she was not like me; to her, every little picture and object had a spirit to it; I feel like I have a lot to say about amnesia but I can't remember what the important part was; I guess that is the whole thing to it; Every moment is separate; A have a friend who tells me he remembers everything, I cringe at the thought;
