When I print my white came out like a grayish Blue and my red came out like a pink. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong it’s my first time with dtf or any of the software I’m using digital factory v11
check your ink order, make sure any old ink is flushed from the ink lines, it cna take up to 3 power cleans to force all old ink out, print a nozzle check
Go into the Queue drop down, click properties, go under the color layer option section on the left, click on ICC Profile, if you look on the right side of the ICC Profile section there are drop down arrows click each and check the gray color option. The software is trying to print the grey using all colors instead of only black
