Horrible customer service. I just stayed. They claimed I took the cheap little Lego ice bucket from the room we never even touched. Ensued to charge me $75 for it without even so much as reaching out. When I called to dispute the charge the only person I could reach could not help me. When I asked for a supervisor they stated one is only available through email. No avenue of recourse for the customer. Horrible. For a bucket that wasn’t touched at a production cost of no more than $10. As if the $4,000 I spent with them in 4 days wasn’t enough.
