Commercial HVAC Rooftop Unit Installation

Here we are installing two Carrier commercial AC units. The units are lifted onto the roof by the crane. Our trained installers then guide the crane operator to safely set the units in their place. Once that is complete the rest of the install process begins in order to get the units up and running.
We have three locations, offering residential and commercial HVAC solutions in Winston-Salem, Mooresville and Boone, North Carolina.

Can you explain the process please. Does the ac vendor cut the opening for the curb? Does the curb get installed right before the unit gets onsite? Incase there is a lead time on the unit.. can the curb get installed first and wait a week or 2 until the unit arrives? Maybe to have it flashed and ready when the unit arrives. Is there any inspection needed for the curb install?
