I have a 21. I’m tired of having to ride around that stutter. My 03 kdx220r is smoother.

@@tyleboyd I know what you mean, but the reality for me is I never thought about it until someone pointed it out. When I'm riding I never feel like it's affecting performance or my ability to tackle an obstacle.

I would like to get the KTM 150 but it’s hard to get a feel for how much low end power it has. It looks gutless just idle. And it’s hard to determine how bad is with all the throttle chopping going on. I have had many 2 strokes over the years. One of the best trail bike was the Yamaha DT 200RR 2 Stoke with power valve. The bike had great low end torque with a big hit on top and would do 80mph. But this 150 seems to have minimal low end with no top end speed. I don’t believe the DT200RR made it to the states. It was an amazing dual purpose bike with power valve and oil injected.

Is your bike stock? Surprised you can do so well in low rpm with the 2-stroke without stalling.

Yeah, this bike is stock. The XCW is geared to be ridden this way :)
