    For ROB:
You are getting better at aiming, good work! Always enjoy watching your videos, very entertaining.
A tip regarding the zoom-in (for all ranged guns):
As you know, the zoom gets interrupted every time you get hit. The way to get around this is of course to take cover, but what you can also do is to practice a little bit of pre-aiming, and it also helps to observe the pattern in which enemies tend to fire their weapons. With a ranged weapon, like a Sniper or Carbine, you can zoom in behind cover and then quickly step in and out of cover to find exactly where the enemy is. Bare in mind to note if the enemy is actively firing at your position before moving, or is taking a break (as mentioned about firing patterns), as they might bring you out of zoom otherwise.
Then once you have stepped out of cover, found your target, gone back into cover, waited for the enemy to stop firing, you go back out and nail the target. Rinse, repeat. I think you have started figuring this out a little by playing, but you can try to put a little more conscious effort into this part.
I'm sure Serge can show you how to do it if my description sounds confusing.
On the zoom levels of the sniper, I would recommend sticking to the first zoom-level for most engagements, as it lets you react quicker if enemies move. If very far away, yes, then the second zoom-level is appropriate. I realize it might be harder to aim on the smaller magnification, but with a little practice it is more versatile.

Any negative blood type is pretty rare. Also there are other blood types that are extremely rare, so rare that they don't appear on this chart, the rarest being RH null which is the real universal doner. There are only a hand full of people with that blood type though. So little that they donate blood to themselves and store it incase of emergencies.

Good call disabling the notifications. Pretty jarring to have them interrupt in the cutscenes on the MCC edition. Pretty sure that on the original Xbox 360 versions, achievements popped up after the cutscenes. Maybe I remember incorrectly, but I don't remember getting those popups so soon after the gameplay of a mission ends.

Yeah, during the last mission especially I noticed how jarring it was since they kept popping up lol

As far as the storytelling goes, no, the Rookie do not have any ability to view the flashback missions. All the recordings are seen from the Superintendent's pov, and it cannot relay that much information to the Rookie since all it can do is point him toward the objectives and let him put two and two together. He is just tracing the signs of the battle, essentially.

Gotcha! That makes sense, I was wondering because sometimes we would see from the cameras perspective but it makes sense that the Superintendent just used those to decide where to point the Rookie towards
