She does look great, but--they're also posting old interviews where she was actually in her 40's. Misleading. There's no such thing as being in your 50's and not having some neck sag, elevens, crow's feet, etc.
If you don’t know her real age, you are more likely to believe she’s 29. But when you know she’s actually 57, even she looks like 29, you just don’t feel like she’s 29.
I get the diet, I do intermittent fasting for 12-16 hours, I am doing better with mine, ONLY use coconut oil on my skin, everyone is different, do what works for you, started waterwork out again, 3 times a week, 5 reps 300-500 each. I feeling great, looking better, start my day with prayer for a hour or longer, all is well and let's go!💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

Clearly blessed with fantastic genes, which is most likely (for those who have not had any cosmetic / aesthetic treatments) THE no 1 reason in their mid 50’s they still look great! Second to that, of course having lead a healthily lifestyle. It would have been great if she was actually interviewed for this video, as I would have appreciated her own input on her exercise regime.

The Ket Diet works when you're eating controlled amounts of calories. The protien is used for (re) builiding muscle, and the fat for satiation. If you do a lot of excercise, you can eat more carbs.
That's funny I'm watching this while eating 3 slices of avocado with lemon squeeze, a bit of sea salt and cayenne pepper along with chia seeds 😂 I eat this almost every morning or overnight oats. Both are filling and delicious

@@mystikrebel1089 They change subjectively, according to what we delusionally want to believe. But nature didn't get the memo. Our bodies still begin to deteriorate in our 50s. Science hasn't found a way to eliminate aging. What it has done is cure many diseases and provide us with tools to prevent others, which are only good if we diligently make the effort to apply them. But even then, it is completely delusional to think that youth is eternal.

Yes, everyone knows to metabolically switch from sugar burning to fat burning. It is a lie that the metabolism slows down with age b/c mine is the strongest now at age 50. Of course, I had to learn to eat a lot more calories.

@@vvon5423 I was always at the same weight b/c I never ate enough. So, I did reverse dieting like slowly adding calories to give me more energy to strength train but I did not gain weight, I lost a little which made me sad, but got stronger.

Exercise and what you eat does affect what you look like. I have seen 40 year Olds that are more like 70 year olds. And 70 year Olds that are more like 40 year olds.

However, I see that the younger generation doesn't seem to care as much about their health long term....I think you can be attractive as you age if you are taking care of your body and mind.
