German metal music is about storytelling and that is what makes German metal music interesting. I love the Scorpions because of their storytelling too, for example. The Scorpions with Three Two One. 🙏 🦂🦂🦂🦂🦂 m.ruclips.net/video/XddPlXg0ek0/видео.html
@@Kostis_ESC Thank you for making it! Also, since the movements were brought up and Anastasia pointed out that vocals might take a lot of energy, I totally suggest you see at least out of curiosity their winning performance afterwords. Chris is a great showman. And if he has space to move he takes it all. So when they won and played again, he performed 10 times better, running all around, hugging the other contestants, jumping on the judges' couch and all. I think you would enjoy it even more.
Thank you! I've been looking forward to your reaction. Please watch their winner's performence. He was much more outgoing ;) The soundproblems were from the studio not the band. They weren’t allowed to have fake blood and confetti. But they already stated that they will upscale for Liverpool 😘
Thank you for your reaction. I am very happy about our choice this year. I hope the staging will be more exciting. And no, I do not agree, I think his voice was strong throughout the performance. Please also look at the structure, the rhythm and the variety of styles in this song. That makes a heavy metal song highly accessible to the public.
In the version at the end of the show, he ran around hugging people and still hitting every note, I think he has no problem moving around. I didn't find that the music was overpowering his voice, for me it was a good balance, but metal is my favorite style of music, so I am used to it. The setup on the stage is usually changed after the preselection.
Thank you for your nice Reaction, I allready saw them live on a big stage in Wacken. This was a really small stage. I'm sure they will use all the space they have in Liverpool. They have just been on tour with Iron Maiden as their support band, so trust me, they are able to sing and perform 🤘
After seeing you react to our NF lineup, I was so excited for this video! Do yourselves a favour and watch their winner's performance if you haven't already, it's on RUclips aswell! Once the pressure was gone, their performance was even more energetic. They are definitely professionals, have been on tour with Iron Maiden (and will be again), and I am sure with a bigger stage they can really elevate their performance even more! Plus, they are just very appreciative and down to earth and I am so excited for them to meet the other acts. I am sure they'll have a great time in Liverpool, and we'll have a great time with them!
Thanx for your very interesting reaction and your thoughts. Lord of the Lost: Dark rock meets goth meets glam metal meets synths including a perfect mixture of clean and harsh vocals down to growls. They are a rabbit hole with so many different styles and moods. They recently supported Iron Maiden across Europe and will do so this year again. So they they definitely know how to play a huge stage. They are great musicians and released beside their regular albums three acoustic „Swan Songs“ longplayer with a classic ensemble. Their newest album „Blood and Glitter“ was surprisingly released end of last year with only one week of preselling and hit #1 of the German album charts. Chris has reworked it in Finnish & we hope he will do the same in Greek. They are multi talented musicians, multilingual, lovely people who adore Eurovision for the music. Please, vote to help them win. 12 points from UK to Germany this year ❤️🇩🇪💯
@@Kostis_ESC BTW, the Greek entry this year is superb little indie rock song from a talented Young man that is a stand alone single in its own right. It's in my top 10
The end instrumental is really good but I heard the song can only be 3 minutes. But if they are allowed 4 minutes they can include the awesome instrumental at the end of the video.
@@Sayu277 Yeah they usually add credits with music at the end that isn't part of the song but in this case I think this particular instrumental belongs to the song. I understand that they needed it under 3 minutes for the contest but they can still put the full four minute track on spotify.
in the ESC history germany allways had one of the strongest contents in each contest and got bashed down. the ESC allways been political. WW2 ended 1945. the ESC audience is still punishing us for that. in my opinion germany should cut it´s high financial support to the ESC and leave the contest. shall they find another country to vote down in future
I don't agree but I cannot change your mind. People from the UK used to say the same but last year they came second. I think that it's more simple than what you said. People just preferred other song. That's all.
@@Kostis_ESC bull shit. all the german entrys the last 15 years sold europewide more records than the winning song. exept lena. the song the people buy is prefered + sells. the winning songs are forgotten after the ESC..no money no honey for the ESC in future.
They already said before the Show that they will upscale on all fronts iirc. The Studio Stage was quite small and they were quite restricted. Eg. They weren't allowed a bloodrain akin to the music video Also there was more Pyro than was captured on camera.
Best German song since years!
Very that!

Wow 12 Points to Germany ❤️🇩🇪
The singer of the band said they will definitely do more for the Eurovision stage and they want a red pyro rain
Germany is back. 12 Points for Blood and Glitter.
Very good band. Saw them live last summer in Athens opening for Iron Maiden. I hope they do well in the contest.
I really appreciate and respect you guys and your nice commentary and productive commentary keep up the good work 🇩🇪💗💗
Thank you so much for your beautiful comment 🥰
Your previous reaction to them was so fabulous, I was waiting and checking for your reaction for them winning ever since they won.

Yes that's exactly what we missed! Blood and Glitter! Hopefully they'll have it in Liverpool 🥰
Exactly!!!! I was recommending it, too, it was about 10 times better and more expressive.
@@CineMairon I thought, you could really see all the pressure lifted from Chris. That was more the man we know from their shows
