Thanks for the lessons. I am a little bit confuse about FWER. For example: My research question is: "Does the medication have an effect on diabetes patients?". I have 1 independent variable: Group (Diabetes patients and Control) and 4 dependent variables: Blood Sugar Levels; Hemoglobin A1c Levels; Insulin Sensitivity; BMI. 1. If I perform 4 t-test with dependent variables, the Type 1 error rate will increase ? 2. If I would like to compate clinical features between Diabetes vs Control (Gender, Age, Educational Level, ...), the FWER will further increase ?
FWER formula 10:28
