Next question, 2:50, the russian guys asks him wether there are people who escape these camps Then the other guys answers him (3:00) saying that that's not likely.

Because its considered treason, if you're a korean man who's been born and taught in korea and tehy give you a job here but you escape then it's considered that you've betrayed your country. At 3:10 the russian guy asks for the type of punishment do those betrayers get and the other guy answers him (3:10) that he doesn't know it because he's not in charge of the punishments. Finally at 3:30 he tells him that they don't see a reason to do this tour/reportage and don't let them in.
