Incredible! In complete awe of your skill & mastery. Would you recommend sticking with a single progression for some time before moving on or to mix a couple of suitable exercises into a single session?
Thanks! 🙌 Definitely, once you feel it’s getting easier you can move towards harder stuff. But you can mix exercises for abs, hip flexors, low back and shoulders. Push one muscle group while other is resting.
This is an unrelated question but: what brand are those adjustable benches that you use at min. 1:22 and onward? I need one for my home gym as well and those seem to be of commercial quality. As always thanks. P.S. I am putting together a bodyweight strenghtening routine based on your videos and tutorials: you rock ;-)
