One of my favorite cities. Highly underrated place. Fukuoka is the true kitchen of Japan.
I feel like i can watch Japan videos all day long. Ramen, sushi, never gets old 🙂
Haha feel the same, even when I'm actually in Japan for holidays 😂 addictive videos 😋
Right? I can't stop watching these.
福岡市民です😊
もつ鍋、水炊き、むっちゃん万十、明太子などもあります🥰
海外の方が動画にしてくれるの嬉しいです😍
Thank you from Fukuoka 😇
I'm jealous! I'm also seriously addicted to your vlogs. I discovered them 2 days ago and I can't stop! Love, love, LOVE Satoshi!
I love when you guys use a Japanese word or phrase and then give an English translation!
Edit: I feel guilty that countries all over the world have enthusiastically taken on learning English to accommodate Western media and consumers while, at least in America, we are culturally extremely ethnocentric about language. I love when my travel vlogs include some of the language of the location, it's interesting to me personally and helps combat that Western linguistic ego in a helpful way!
Americans speak many languages. It is a fallacy that they are monolingual.
@@kenchin7878 It does depend on which part of American culture you're referring to. I'm referring to the mainly white POP culture which has dominated and encouraged non-white non-English speakers to conform. As an American, in my opinion, my culture has been extremely monolingual. It can't be a fallacy if it's not disprovable.
Beat us in a war and we’ll learn your language. Ironically you typed this in English.
@@sum-tim-Wong It is a bit ironic! The only language I know well enough to give the criticism in 😋
@@sum-tim-Wong So what you're saying is that we should all be speaking Vietnamese?
I love how you both look so happy enjoying all of these treats. I don’t imagine I will have the opportunity to visit and taste all of these dishes. I enjoy your descriptions and added details. Thank you for sharing. Please continue to post.
I absolutely love you two! I love exploring Japan with you. You make it a lot of fun. I also love that you both switch off as hosts when you’re tasting foods. I love to hear each of your opinions. You are the best!
Kalispera! One month ago accidentally I watched a video of yours! You have such a great content! Since then, I try to watch all of your videos- you have so many videos- amazing work guys! One thing i have to say, you are an addiction, a good one! I love your perspective. Keep up the good work! Love from Athens, Greece!💙💙
I‘m gonna be there for two weeks on the begining of October and i‘m gonna try all if your recommendations, can‘t wait! 😍❤️
the best food channel ever.
I love the way you two are very serious when you're describing how it tasted. Oh my.... I've miss a lot of these foods🤤
Perfect watch on this rainy day !
Thank you!
I just want to say I love you two and this channel rediscovered the love I had for Japan 20 years ago which started in a classroom trying to learn Japanese
I've fallen out of continuing trying to learn the language due to life and responsibilities and never accomplished my dream of visiting but I must say I'm inspired once again.
I love both dichotomies of you two. very much Japanese that speaks very good accented English and one who speaks English so well I'd swear you were American.
both aspects are very difficult to achieve as I had a natural native Japanese teacher who came over to teach in America and my best friend was Japanese who was straight American and wanted to reconnect to his history and be less embarrassed to his father who ridiculed his ability to speak Japanese 😊
I hope you are inspired to continue as it helps bring us all together even when we are so far away
My handsome boys! Hontoni kakkoii, ne! I love your intro song too! So many places to add to my bucket list! Especially, Ichiran ramen. Brother Shinich, the yaki ramen dish that you had looked amazing! My okasama used to get a katayakisoba dish in Little Tokyo, that looked similar to your dish. I love ume anything, so to have little touches of ume, added to the different food(s), even sweets, YUM! The small dishes at Telas & Mico yatai, looked so delicious! How wonderful, that you chose the right yatai to visit. I’ve always wanted to try Nobu, here in LA, so your lucky to have picked a yatai with a former Nobu chef. Thank you both, again, for all of your hard work, at bringing us THE most amazing content!
Yass! More new places to try out on my next trip to fukuoka, you guys rock!
I feel like I’m right there with you every time you two are a dynamic duo that is very deft and enjoyable in your deliveries. Very real of you! Thank you kindly!
福岡ではラーメンだけじゃなくて、うどんも食べていただきかたったです!またいらした時はぜひ。
megumi kaya コシがないうどんも受け入れてもらえるかなぁ(´・ω・`)

So much deliciousness! Great video, lads 👏🏻
Tq for this guys!! Planning to go to Fukuoka in the very near future & this vid is awesome & helpful!! Take care & cheers! 💜💚
What a beautiful tour ❤
I wish I could go there, too 😊
Wow! The burger was the size of Shinichi's face.. it is huge! The food at the yatai looked amazing, one would think you were dining in a classy restaurant, not a food stand. Looking foward to ur next food adventure. Keep up the yummy work! 😊
Thank you for featuring this video! We're going to Hakata/Fukuoka in 2020! Will try this for sure.
Fukuoka is one of my favorite city in Japan. I was sad I was only able to stay for a day, but it captivated me in a short period of time. I did pass by the yatai, but was not able to experience since I was with parents who was tired from a full day. One day I'll be back with my travel buddy and explore the places you went to. One of my great regret was that I was traveling around Kyuushu but did not get to try Ichiran. I did buy their "instant" ramen!
So much nice food! What I'd really love to try is the cabbage with the anchovis, sounds very interesting to me. All looks so delicious to me. The sausages with the mashed potatoes had a German style to me,liked that a lot. Thank you for these impressions.
Great video gentlemen loving your days so informative Keep it up .and you both looks so good .
Thsnks for sharing! The fried chicken burger looked amazing! I love ume! Like you Shinichi, I love ume everything! Actually everything you ate looked delicious! 😋😋😋
Fukuoka is my favorite city in Japan. Should of visited Fukiya in the train station and Blue Bucket ramen down the road. The best okonomiyaki and ramen in Japan in my opinion. Great video!
Hi Shinichi and Satoshi how you doing good to see you l love these food tour seeing all the different kind of food yummie take care 😘❤️
Glad Shin Shin got a mention. Highlight ramen for me when I was there the other week for the sumo. Also got the same dish! The actual broth was the best tonkotsu broth I've had in ages. 🍜 ❤️
You have to try Genki Ippai (blue bucket ramen)!
Can't wait to see all that food yummie enjoy
I recently visited Japan (Oct 2019) and ate at Ichiran 4 times! Is sooooo good! I can’t wait to go back and eat it again.
Thank you for making a Fukuoka video 💕 we are ending our trip there to eat at as many yatai as possible but don't know so much about where else we can go, what a cute place!
This is such a cool inspiration on what to eat in Fukuoka!! Counting down the 269days before I'm eating that karaage-burger!
もつ鍋や水炊きや鳥皮も最高だよ~~また来てね~~

I was on Fukuoka this year and i prefer the ramen from Shin shin, I also recommend to try the kurobuta gyozas! I love your channel so i start follow you!
I really like Fukuoka & we always spend several days there before visiting friends in Hitoyoshi (which is lovely too). Kawabata shops are my favourite places to shop & eat. I love the old world feel of the place. I went to Canal City to have a look but prefer Kawabata for its atmosphere & unique feel. Thank you for the tour guys!!!
Its nice to see someone eat and not complain about food. You guys enjoy it.
Shaki Shakitto!♪♬ Maybe good for a new merch-T shirt idea??

What a cool fancy take on the British dish Bangers and Mash! :D
Hopefully next year I'll come to Fukuoka to study Japanese for a year. The more I hear and read about it, it really feels like "my" city. I can't wait!
Wow your English has gotten so great I haven't seen y'all in a while I'm sorry I missed good job I would love to visit here
Awesome!
That Meal you had at the yatai reminds me of a scene in Blade Runner.
excellent video! Thanks Guys! I'm hungry now... :-9
@tabieats Loved this video, so so much. It looks so delicious!
@tabieats could you both do a video (when it's in season) for umeshu? I know it takes a long time to make, but I would love to see a recipe from you both about it ❤❤❤❤
I'd love a video on how to make homemade umeshu too, when it's the right season to buy ume! 😁
My husband and I were there in Fukuoka last November. Saw that ice popsicle too when we were in Dazaifu, now I'm regretting not trying it because of this video 😅 I love Fukuoka, might visit again next yeat. 😊
福岡来られてたんですね~‼️😌嬉しいです🙌✨私もshin-shinのラーメンが大好きです♡
Show me the food! Am Ready!
Love you guys.
I absolutely love Fukuoka! My favorite place to eat is mbb (marbre blanc bubbles) they have Bubble waffles full of ice cream and amazingness
Lovely couple 😍😍😍😍
I wish you guys could come here. So you the lava area outside pathoa Hawaii. Iike your video of all the hot springs! Tina
I am from Puerto Rico. Any tourist guides you guys could recommend?
Next time in Fukuoka, try Hakata Issou (or at least the branch at 3 Chome-1-6 Hakataekihigashi). Even better than Ichiran 😋😋😋. You video makes me want to go back sooooo badly.
Are these guys Japanese? I'm more interested in them than Fukuoka and its foods.
Wait! OMG! As I take a closer look at Shinichi, I just remembered him! OMG! Over the decades, I've been wondering what happened to him. I haven't seen him in person, but I saw his blog long long time ago, perhaps 20 years ago. I remember that one of the photos I saw was Shinichi with Micky Mouse at Disney. Also, he loves her mother, which is just like me. ;-)
Good to know that he is still well!
Can you tell me which blog cause i wanna see it too
@@godwin8159 Dude this blog was in 1999 would it still be online lmao
