I have an RK98 and I have the same problems. I think all these Chinese companies use the same components... makes me want a wired keyboard next time or at least one with a physical switch because my only option is to reset the board over and over.
do you have any issues when using it in wired mode? my galaxy 80 would constantly disconnect when in wired mode, and apparently this happens when connecting to a USB 3.0 port, so I'm a bit hesitant about this one.
Use USB 2.0 port. If you had to use USB 3.0 port, make sure you use an extended USB wire and connect your keyboard thru it. These two methods fixed my constantly disconnected problem.

It sounds fairly quiet and pleasant in the recording. Would you say it's relatively quiet?
It actually is a bit quiet.

Can I turn off the sleep function? Does the rgb lights stay on when turn off the sleep function?
You can set the sleep time using the software.
You can set the lights to on or off so long it’s not sleeping.

Not really. Try using other ports if you haven’t already.
