- The Mini Stretcher is great for pattern matching, fast restretching without tubes, and seam repair. Features include stretch-lock button, two fully pivotable gripper heads, open top wall blade for fast tucking, and carrying case. Gripper heads and wall blade are quickly connected onto either end using the push-button lock pins. Tall seam repair legs that create a 9" high by 10" wide work area to run an iron beneath are sold separately (No. 519).
Love the innovation of this tool!Will be a great tool in the arsenal of carpet laying.
Just picked one up it’s super nice. Love the locking handle like a pole stretcher. Gonna eventually get another one to replace my old roberts crab stretcher
Just upgraded to the new one can't wait to used it. I gave my old one my other workers

Bringing the bubble out is a hassle on the job. Having the head closer to tack would be better.

Terrible build quality
Had this for 5 months
One end of the tube is pressed together and is coming apart the handle twist left and right. The button the switch the head are stuck so I can no longer switch the heads
The pin to swivel the head no longer works
Crain tools are usually bulletproof but this is a failure
I don't know about that i had a set of their premium gripper shears they literally fell apart the second time I used them 😕
