Earlier today, RUclips featured this channel on the trending/explore page in Canada as today's "Creator on the Rise". Yes, everyone, we're living in a timeline where medieval anime bardcore songs are on RUclips's trending page, what a bizarre time to be alive. Thank you for watching these videos!
Here's another popular song request, the iconic Code Geass first opening. It's one of my favorite shows, along with equally great music. The structure of this piece is actually pretty simple - the 0:59 chorus appears in the introductory section (at 0:08), and the motif at 0:02 is repeated at 0:20 and 1:25. Finally, I wanted to make the middle section a bit calm but varied, so I used a bit of stereo pan to create musical dialogue from 0:25-0:52.

@Super Aventail I think 「自分」(=jibun) means 'myself' or 'oneself' etc. And 「を」(=(w)o) is just the particle. So the singer is referring to himself.

Imagine this scenario: Lelouch, once a boy living in the fiefdoms of the Holy Roman Empire, got betrayed and ousted from the nation, until he was found by people living in the territories of Byzantine Empire, who took care of him until he came of age. Now as a grown and educated adult, he took arms to defend the Byzantines from the expansionist Holy Roman Empire. On the run from the Empire's knights, he stumbled upon a witch's household, who persuaded him an offer to grant him the power of kings and change nations, in exchange of his servitute towards her. Having granted new power, Lelouch recruited his band of "Merry Men" and became a vigilante, in order to oppose the regal authorities of the Empire. After seeing the Empire declining following the defeat of the sovereings, Lelouch took upon himself to become the new head of nation. Concocting a scheme to remove regal authority from his country, Lelouch had his trusted knight "Sir Suzaku" killing him, giving a new hope for his new allies and people to establish a ruling state of their own, rather than remaining in the despotic line.

True story: I once tried to write Hamlet as a Code Geass-esque thing. Horatio was the CC in this scenario, and I think Hamlet got the power to force people to tell the truth? IDK, this was back in like 2010.

I was thinking about Code Geass quotes to turn medieval and realized the show is pretty medieval already. Like, just replace knightmares with horses or something like that.
