Looking very relaxed you two
It's amazing what being out of the city can do for stress etc.
VERY nice video. Weed just became legal here in Ohio and I have some seeds from about 30 years ago that I'm wanting to try and germinate. Watching your vids has got me ready to try it now!!
Haha. Glad you enjoyed! Give it a try! Grow something 😊
@@ourbetterlife8010 You mean grow something other than myself 😈 Girl, I've been doing that for YEARS. BTW, although I wear glasses, I'm not blind. Not yet. Working on it...
@@GuiOpsDev haha! I love the satisfaction of watching something I planted grow! I encourage everyone to experience it!!

Heat pads work quite well for seed germination.
They really do. Sadly more are just not in our budget right now!
They’re doing really well. When does the planting season start there? Have the roads thawed any?
Technically where our property is the last frost is June 10 😳!! But we have plans of a smaller greenhouse and ways of protecting the plants from cold when we get there. Not sure when the roads will be thawed enough to get there yet though!
I planted mine in a plant starter kit with 16 cups in it. I've put them in a rubber made box with my grow light made in the lid. I have a heat pad underneath it and I have the light set to blue and heat pad set on low. I've got 4 plants growing in it, but I've lost 1 of them already and I think I'm about to lose another one that's why I'm contacting you. The one that's trying to die on my is drooping over. I water them every day with water bought from the store in bottles. I don't want to lose anymore, so please help me if you don't care?
What kind of plant?
Try letting your soil dry out before watering it. Drooping is a common sign of overwatering. I generally water my plants every other day or so as needed
@@Skankkk.Hunt.4.2 I've got 1 left now. Thank you for helping me. I'll start watering it every 2 to 3 days.
I've planted seeds for the first time recently, but started reading about fungus gnats. I got so upset that I threw out the plants (which had not started to germinate). Regret it though. But I think I over watered the plants so I thought I'd play it safe and start all over again. Any tips on how to prevent them? Thank you and am enjoying your videos. Happy growing!
Fungus gnats are ALWAYS a worry when planting indoors. Generally over watering will cause them and they are very hard to get rid of. I have learned over the years to moderate and control my desire to water every 5 minutes. Lol. It really just takes a little water. Using a soils moisture tester can help you know if it needs water or not!!
@@ourbetterlife8010 Thanks so much for the response!
