Thanks, it's pretty basic - not as sexy looking as the mods you've done but I wanted to keep the new coverings minimal. Hopefully I will be able to mount the connectors etc in suitable places and it will end up looking OK. Just waiting for a few bits at the moment, namely some 8 pin sockets and plugs etc for the video out and a scart cable which I will make up. I've also got to get a 5v 8amp PSU and do the coversion of the PCB so it runs on 5v only. Controller sockets have arrived though.
Hi and thanks a lot for you job can you tell me witch tutorial can i follow to do my mv-1FZ because i see on jamma nation but there is no tutorial for this slot
The opening behind the arrow is supposed to accommodate your hand reaching under the MVS cart when removing. Does your acrylic panel cause any difficulty with fitting your fingers there? I hope not because it looks nice but I don't want to make switching carts any more difficult than it already is for consolization.
You do have to remove the cart a different way - I put my thumbs on either side of the cart and pull it towards me using my thumbs. It's second nature to me now and easy to remove.
looks awesome man! love the plexi on top to cover the board. that led looks killer too! nice job man, cant wait to see it finished :D
