Absolute crackshot idea I had for a challenge: "Can you beat The Pre Sequel as Isaac from The Binding of Isaac" It'd be a Claptrap playthrough using only the Cry Baby unique Scav rifle. (Depending on it's prefix/elemental/barrel it'll act radically different) It'd be UVHM Level 70, and you'd have to be speced into any skill that adds a new ability to Claptrap's action skill to mimic the gain of new abilities and items in that game. All the other gear is up to you. I've never played TBoI but I just thought it'd be a fun challenge idea
Should try and do a run with friends as a bee hive. One guy is the queen, and uses the hive, and the three others have hornets. Every body uses a Bee shield, basic slag grenade and corrosive damage relic, maybe have Maya as the queen and Zer0 as the bees. Interesting idea and I love seeing your vids man.

I thought of a fun "challenge" (i call it a challenge, but it's not really hard, more than it is downright fun): play the presequel as claptrap, and get every perk that increases fire rate and max it out with oz kits/class mods. I like to use a vladof strafing oz kit, or a tediore hyperventilator oz kit, the vladof for air-rich zones and the tediore for vacuums. don't wear a shield, as one of claptrap's skills makes him fire faster with no shields. you basically are playing a type of "glass cannon" build, except instead of being a "cannon", where you do insane damage per-shot, you're more like a "glass Metal Storm" (the Metal Storm is a gun made by an australian company of the same name, and is one of the fastest firing guns in the world currently, shooting at over 16000 rounds per SECOND.), doing small damage per shot but shooting so fast it more than makes up for it.
I don't think I can really point to anything specific, but this particular video just had an even better feel than usual. Absolutely worth the wait. The Handsome Sorcerer kill was also a thing of beauty. If the Wanderlust is the next milestone though and the Bane is slated for the one after that, then what milestone are we getting something Isaac related?

My guess would have been that the bane is coded as an ally so it can talk and that the Bane NPC is located somewhere out of the map or banes equipped but not in your main hands don't count as present.

Can you beat BL2 as the Heavy and Medic combo? A friend gets to play Heavy (aka Salvador) and is only allowed to use Vladof guns While Gasmask uses Medic (aka Maya with a healing build) and you are not allowed to do damage, just heal and slag
Can you beat borderlands 2 as a vampire? Rules, normal mode, can only damage enemies in a way that heals you (transfusion 'nades, second winds, skills) Any hunter allowed, fight for your life time increasing relics only, white rarity shield only if you can't handle it with no shield, action skills that heal the user allowed.
