please guide wheel chair passenger use buss means to say is their option in bus to carry wheel chair passenger with elevator facility? and any one knows it so please guide me in above related
Yes you can take wheel chair with you
While sitting in bus they have storage where wheel chair can be placed after folding but you have to travel by using bus seats.Near Harram you can take out your wheel chair and move to Harram
But in bus there is no elevator facility you have to sit on normal seats but you can take your wheel chair with you by folding it
Only shuttle service ia good and hotel service room conditions and cleanliness is very poor

how did you book the room there, is it possible to book a room on arrival?
You can book when you are going to arrive but it is better before you arrive so you can know how much it will cost each day. I have booked twice, once through booking.com and once through Expedia.com
how for it from haram; and its room cost ;does it cost pr head or pr room ; my passport r yet in process though its was paid urgent h/e what could b rate in april for 3 person ;and its offer shuttle service or its on walking distence
Shuttle service is available from hotel to near Harram bus stop.and then 5 minutes walk to Masjid Harram from bus stop.rooms will be charge per room not per person.2 beds,3,4,5 beds bedrooms are available.cost changes according to umra season each month.In Ramzan bookings are costly as most of the people visit in Ramzan.You can check price from booking.com.
You should book your hotel now as days are near it becomes more costly.we booked our hotel 2 months prior visit
You can pay at the property if you want to change the hotel booking you can cancel booking of this hotel

What about laundry service ?
Laundary Service is not available by the hotel but each tower has washing machines and dryers in laundry area you can do your laundry. Also there is a laundry shop near tower 5 or 4 i think.
