In Summer - keep the pot indirect sunlight.
In winter - keep the pot full day sunlight.
In Spring - keep the pot partial shade.

Where to keep the pot, in sunlight or indoor?

I have tried multiple times, it always grows till the size you showed on the 9th day. After that they fall or break due to air. I also tried to put the pot where lot of air doesn't directly hit them but still I was not successful to grow them fully.
    How to handle this?

It is because your planting them in pot try to plant on ground

Fertilizer….they put it into secret. That’s the reason as well as the soil & atmosphere…….good 🍀 luck
