@@securewilson4751 I’ve been offering grout color restoration services with Colorseeal since 2007. Sometimes after grout repair, and sometimes purely for aesthetics. We’ve never had a single problem in 17 years! And we’ve only had to clean and reapply twice, but only due to improper ongoing maintenance by the consumer. The key is to make sure the floor is prepped properly and that the grout is very clean and sometimes etched before application. Make sure it’s applied evenly and be prepared to do 2-3 coats when going from darker to lighter colors. Since colorseal offers the highest level of protection for grout, and guarantees uniformity in color, I recommend it at every job.
Damn that was amazing! Can't wait until I can be that good. I'm wanting to see if I can make this happen with just a carpet extractor, small electric pressure washer, and a tile and grout spinner. My extractor only has 50psi and a new one with more than 50psi would cost well over 1k.
Thank you! As long as your extractor has enough vacuum, and your chemistry is good, the combo with an electric pressure washer would do the trick. We have several truckmounts but still use that type of setup semi frequently!
Looks great! 1. What do you use for a solution (what did you spray on the floor in advance)? 2. And is that solution the same for the tiles and the grout?
This is amazing! If we were located near you, or I'd hire you to do this in a heartbeat. I have very similar tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. Do you know of any kind of product that can be put on the tile to sort of fill the pockets that collect dirt so that the cleaning work lasts longer?
Thank you so much! If you’re in for a bit of a project, message us on instagram or facebook or through our website (in description). I can walk you through it 😊
Since every floor is different and everyone has their own vision for it, price can vary. It’s been a while since we did this one, but I want to say it was 900-1100.
It looked that way! She kept a very clean home 🙂 The tiles were really textured, so the oils and soils just grabbed on. It won’t be a problem anymore though!
Is it a mop...? I think it more like a mower... who wants to use this heavy giant thing to do cleaning. the nature of cleaning is help you get a clean and comfortable environment, and it doesn't work at all as well as the tradition mop. especially I use the tsmine spin mop and it's the top class of cleaning tools, so I think it's better to use the simple, light and practical one.
Hi! Thank you for your comment, and I’m glad you enjoy your spin mop! They’re pretty cool… but I’m glad there are different tools for different situations. This machine is a spinning, steaming, vacuuming pressure washer; part of a $50k + setup designed specifically for jobs like this, where household products just won’t cut it.
Haha like I said, I forgot to film that part. I set up my tripod today, hooked up the camera, and clicked record, and proceeded to do one of the most satisfying wax removal jobs ever. I mean CRAZY! I was so excited to watch the time lapse when I finished working… but it wasn’t there. Sometimes things happen 🤷🏻 But, the cool thing is I have more than 250 videos here that show just about everything we do ☺️
That was AMAZING!!!
Thank you so much for watching!
POW! Very nice, looks like a new floor was laid. Great work.

I'm getting feedback not to offer as a service but an alternative when grout is really damaged. How long does color sealer last?

Haha that’s awesome, tell him I said hi! 😊
And now that I think about it, I’d love to see and hear him! Does he have a RUclips channel?
what product did you used to seal those tiles ?
@@ClanPLN we used Rexpro on this one ☺️
How much would this cost the homeowner?

I don’t think she ever cleaned that floor

Not showing how you recolored the grout is weak.
