Fun fact : In the original Alpha version of this game, there was supposedly an Impact time just like the older Burnout games. But it was removed since then because of design direction changes.

there is rpcs3 and you can download burnout paradise 1.0 version from vimms lair site though it runs a bit laggy which is a bummer

i think that's automatic. it happens on impact and it slows down randomly
