My mother thought it was a factory fault while my stepfather thought the ends needed screws. Lol. I told him this 1 was made different. Cause you do have ones that have inner screws for the ends. Your video is a life saver! I was here for about 10 min trying go figure this thing out!:-)
Like all the comments below- your instructional video was so HELPFUL! Those balls on the end were so tight, I also thought they were glued on permanently, then, once I successfully got them pulled off, they weren't fitting back on! THANK YOU for demonstrating a very "weird" way of putting 3 rods together for hanging my black out curtains. Time to snooze!!

I just moved in to an apartment with my boyfriend and wanted to surprise him with curtains when he gets home from work tonight. After about 30 minutes of messing with the rod I concluded I was an idiot and I ended up just making more work for him when he gets home. By chance I googled the rod and seriously thank you. Can I just say this is completely ridiculous and they need to reprint the label with a link to this video and pay you loads of money 😂

It would be nice if they just added, take the smaller poles screwed into the decorative knob and that will now be the middle piece, and screw in the loose tube now into the decorative knob.

Is there a correct way to hang up a shower curtain liner at the top where the holes are underneath there’s a little ram with a little edge the other side is black with the whole up by the with the holes at which side goes towards the water and which side goes to outside of the tub

there should be a grommet in the supply hardware that goes to one of the heads some of this rods have been defective and don't come with the added parts maybe try to go back and return it for another just make sure there's a grommet that come with it hope this helps please share like the video good luck

hi, very helpful video! -- you should post your video in the Questions and Answers to this type of curtain rod on the page that sells it on Walmart dot com because one lady said, in her review that she couldn't figure out how to put the rod together so she was returning it... Have someone ask how to do this, then when the question shows up, put a link to your video! I would do it for you but I don't know if you want anyone else to post your video. It's so helpful though! The head is firmly attached which is very difficult to pull apart, especially on the silver ones....4 times I purchased the Silver and had to return due to the head been broken when trying to pull apart
i have the black version i got a few days ago and there is no little things on the ends besides the black plastic pieces but they do not fit on the cap. any reason why?
I ended up figuring it out about 20 minutes after I posted the comment. turns out there was a piece that fell on the floor and was a circular piece that went in the end of the thicker pole. Thanks for the response though!

Thanks for the instructions. In the rod packet I bought from Walmart, the grommet was included with the wall brackets. Installation was easy.

hi, very helpful video! -- you should post your video in the Questions and Answers to this type of curtain rod on the page that sells it on Walmart dot com because one lady said, in her review that she couldn't figure out how to put the rod together so she was returning it... Have someone ask how to do this, then when the question shows up, put a link to your video! I would do it for you but I don't know if you want anyone else to post your video. It's so helpful though! The head is firmly attached which is very difficult to pull apart, especially on the silver ones....4 times I purchased the Silver and had to return due to the head been broken when trying to pull apart

i have the black version i got a few days ago and there is no little things on the ends besides the black plastic pieces but they do not fit on the cap. any reason why?
i know alot of them came defective send me a picture of your parts and maybe we can figure it out together
I ended up figuring it out about 20 minutes after I posted the comment. turns out there was a piece that fell on the floor and was a circular piece that went in the end of the thicker pole. Thanks for the response though!
