Seriously. Poor cat's always got a phone/camera in her face, and hands all over her, no wonder she was "too stressed out to give birth". And then the wide-open brightly-lit cage. Mama cats need a dark enclosed area that feels *protected* when they're with their kittens, and this poor cat was on a stage 24/7 with her and her kittens constantly getting pawed. Jesus...
I beg you, do not try to touch her constantly and try to pet her if she is still hissing. Give her time to calm down and get used to the new place. Earn her trust and after some time, she will come to you herself.
thanks for helping them but just so you know articifical grass is toxic to cats, the non-toxic one is very expensive, you could use normal cotton blankets.
