I absolutely love the idea of platimondays. Going for platinums even if you don't get the final play during that particular stream it's nice to see the journey other people take
This game was something I saw as an I’ll pass at first. Then I saw someone streaming it and I became intrigued. It’s a really enjoyable experience.
I got my very first (and so far only platinum) in 2019. This game, Days Gone. From the first moment I started playing I was hooked and before I knew it the game was over, the trophies were had and I had a platinum
Just a passing thought . . . rather than a Scare Dave Halloween Stream, if everyone else in the office is difficult to scare, wouldn't it be a more interesting challenge to find a game that scares the holy heck out of ALL of them? I mean, I'd like to see that . . .

Loved this game. Truly a great experience. Soundtrack and atmosphere are spot on, watching the story unfold was a joy, and the infected are terrifying. Also: Dave, this plat is doable for you too!

It seems like Playstation exclusives, (aside from like Bloodborne and TLOU), make very Access-ible Platinum trophies for their games. God of War, HZD, Days Gone, Spider-man, Tearaway, Gravity Rush, Uncharted 4 (sort of..), the recent Concrete Genie, etc.. all pretty easy Plats which encourage more people to see everything the worlds have to offer. No mulitiplayer (usually) helps.
Geoff Baumgartner bloodborne is also fairly accesible actually
@@ClasherNiels Yeah, I partially included it because Nath said in this video (and others) that he can't get the Plat for it, despite getting Sekiro's. So, I played it safe. It could be harder for some than the others.

I didn't like it for the first 30 minutes but started to get into it properly

4 years later, well done you guys. I loved this game, and also got the plat. Didn’t seem like hard work, though. I think because it was so much fun!
It took me several tries to complete the Lumber Mill Horde and thought my game was bugged when I didn't get a horde completed update only to find out later that it was a story line horde

Horizon zero dawn was my first plat as well. Now I have 3 since bloodborne and spyro joined the ranks. I smashed the challenge bit in the base game then got smashed by the challenge bit in the dlc.
my DLC for Horizon isn't working I got 2 level 60 didn't get the trophy and reloaded 3 times still didn't get it
I actually just got my platinum for this game last weekend .pretty easy
My father almost has the Platinum trophy, he just needs the brake and drift trophy (Bronze I think). I wish they would go for it.

I was in the chat for egx when Dave got his first platinum which was quite an emotional thrill ride for me given I've followed and watched this channel for over two years. Love the access team new and old. Hope to meet you all some day. Keep up the great work, the unique style of comedic commentary each of you have keeps me entertained and coming back. I mention your channel to people here on the island of Kauai whenever the topic of games comes up as I've had to sell everything to move out here including my ps4 so, watching this channel is a bit of therapy as I get to see games enjoyed I have played and I want to play. Thank you Dan, Rob, Dave, Nathan, Elle, Rosie,Hollie, Rupert, Chris, Domino,oliver, Delson, and any other members of access I've missed for getting me through so many tough moments in life. Non-completionists will never understand that feeling of pure euphoria and pride you get when truly one hundred percenting a game. There’s finishing a game, and then there’s COMPLETING a game, and squeezing every little bit of joy, content, and challenge out of a game. I personally only endeavour to 100% a game if I truly love it. There are some games that just take the piss with their achievements, and if you don’t even particularly enjoy the game then it becomes more of a chore than having fun. My proudest 100% are The Evil Within, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Nier Automata, Resident Evil Remake, Resident Evil 2: Remake, and Resident Evil 7.
My handgun is glitched since a suppressor won't attach it ANY handgun. It's kind of tarnishing the way I want to play the game (and the way it's meant to be played).
But other than that, LOVE the game!!
My game of 2019. After a long break since the summer, only drunkenly playing FIFA, I got this a few days ago and put in ten hours in the first two days. Incredibly addictive, with nice mechanics, a great cast of characters, a backstory which is slowly revealed, good voice acting, and a nicely detailed map, I found it impossible not to warm to it. The 6/10 reviews this got clearly had nefarious agendas from jaded critics, who simply latch onto what they think is cool and run with that line. 9/10 all the way for me.
Two platinums in two days for team access! Congrats!! 🎊 For all the bad criticism the game looks pretty fun.

Late reply, but still. I always wonder if they actually play the games themselfs up to this point. As in, is it their own account or is it a shared one?
I don't know if they patched it out but when the game first came out, if you ran normally instead of sprint the horde couldn't catch you, lol.

Hope You see this Nathan, it's about the Rocket league trophy. You'll need to accumulate the total of 50 km on a single set of wheels, so pick one of the default ones and don't change it.
Achievements are precious and timeless, just like the precious metal platinum. And what better way to celebrate milestones in your life than with precious platinum.
Those hordes gave me nightmares long after finishing, those screams and the rush of running are quite unnerving!
Good work on getting the platinum. I ended up ignoring the game because of what the critics said but it honestly looks pretty good.
