This was Freddie’s last live performance. You can see Freddie doesn’t have the energy to dance all over the stage like he is known to do. But his voice was as good at the end of his life as it always was. He put everything into his music. I really miss him. There is no one that can compare.
I'd always recommend checking out a live performance of any Queen track, as Freddie was just such an awesome showman. The audience was just another instrument he could play, making them sing the song themselves.
Great choice, probably the best live version of Radio Gaga I've seen! They definitely were on point that night. Is there anything more electrifying or inspirational than the lines "You had your time, you had the power, you've yet to have your finest hour" God that motivates me so much!
You must keep in mind that Freddie had a flu during this concert ( 2 nights in row at Wembley) so his voice was a little bit tired. Check out Fat bottomed girls live at Bowl 82 and White queen live at the Odeon 75
And that's how it's done!!! Mercury is always rising!🔥 No matter how much the music changes, Freddy & Queen, always did, always do & always will, make the people goo goo for radio ga ga! 👏👏🥁👏👏 👏👏🥁👏👏 🎸 🎼🎵 💃🎸🕺 🎶 🎼 🎤🎹🔱🕺💃 🎸🎶💃🕺🎶🎸💃🕺 ⏳⏰🌡🌡📆🎶 🔱 🔥🔥😎

Hi Dear, please react to the Songs "I want it all" and "Princess of the universe". This are damned good Rocksongs. And when you will See aber good Crowd-Control, than react to "Love of my Live" and "Under Pressure", both live At Wembley 1986. And a very emotional Song is "Is this the world we created" Live in Budapest 1986. I love it, but no one knows the Song today.
Hey Slick!! Love your reactions... doesn't matter which song you play, ALL Queen songs are good!! What's important is to keep spreading the message of love and music to all those new Queenie's out there, who haven't really even started to experience all that is Queen... such a rabbit hole... I've been buried in it for 40+ years and never get tired of it all... "White Queen" would be nice for the early stuff, or "Innuendo" or "Let Me Live" would be nice for later stuff... thanks dear... blessings.
@@slickgaming810 another thing that newcomers to Queen often don't understand is the broad stylistic range of their music. a good example of this can be found on the album, _"A Night At The Opera"_ the genre of the songs is all over the map. one minute it's a grinding metal, next it's a gentle love song on a ukulele, the album also contains a folk ballad style, pop rock, blues, jazz... so to try to pin Queen down to even a handful of styles is a doomed effort. if you want to continue down the rabbit hole, you'll find many songs that personally resonate with you, some that don't, and a few that even speak directly to your soul.
Freddie’s voice is unmatched You are right! He could sing 4-5 octaves. He used parts of his throat people don’t normally use which allowed him to do super fast vibrato and sing at different levels depending on the song. Check out Freddie Mercury: Exercises in Free Love…yes, that is him singing like an angel. Queen try White Queen live at Hammersmith Odion.
HI SLICK, What a FANTASTIC reaction, THANK YOU! These are “MUST-SEE” songs for reactions that I think EVERY ONE would agree on: “UNDER PRESSURE” live at WEMBLEY, 1986 “LOVE OF MY LIFE” live at WEMBLEY, 1986 “WHITE QUEEN” live at ODEON HAMMERSMITH, 1975 “YOU TAKE MY BREATH AWAY” live at HYDE PARK, 1976 ALSO: “ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST” (There are a couple of popular live performances: One is at Wembley 1986, the other at Montreal 1981. MY FAV IS MONTREAL! The two performances are COMPLETELY different, so you could do both.) AND: “FAT BOTTOMED GIRLS” live at MILTON KEYNES BOWL, 1982 (Some folks request the official MV… I honestly think it’s because they HAVEN’T seen this live version yet. It’s a THOUSAND times better/more FUN than the MV, and includes FREDDIE POLE DANCING!)
Loving your reactions! You might want to react to "Is This the World We Created?" and "Love of My Life" (fairly short songs performed right after one another) at the concert, Rock in Rio, 1985. It blows me away every time. Also from that concert "Rock in Rio Blues", which is an improv where Freddie shows off his vocal range and the band is amazing! I also love the intro to the Wembley Concert, 1986 and almost any song from the Budapest, 1986 concert but especially "Who Wants to Live Forever?" I could watch that performance every day for the rest of my life. The Budapest concert (in Hungary) is special because it is the FIRST time any rock band was allowed to perform in a country that was under communist control in that time period. Sometimes it is called "Hungarian Rhapsody" because people from all over the then communist controlled countries came to see it - 86,000 people!! Have fun deciding what song you will be reacting to...I'll be there watching you be amazed.
Great reaction✌🏼 Freddie is the King of rock and King of Queen ♥️ I’d mention my favorite songs but honestly you can’t go wrong with any Queen song or performance…… The GOAT 🥰😍❤️🔥
Freddie loves live! Only studeo I really like is "who wants to live for ever" production. I do believe the song" I'll always love you" is written (chorus) Freddie wrote for us to sing to him after he was gone. and other lines(when I'm gone)was written from Freddie to us..Freddie loved us! And gave love! Personally speaking !...I sing it:)
Did u know that Freddie wrote “we are the champions “ which has become a sports anthem? Also, “awe will rock u!” I’d like u to react to love of my life-so beautiful😊
Try official video. I was 10 when I so it firs time in 1984 and I still remember my reaction. The music in this live performance is great, but the video in the middle of 80, during the cold war seen in Poland..... I wonder how is it now without that context. I'd love to see your reaction.
A live version of this song might make more sense to the unaware of they have first seen the official video cuz the video will explain why the crowd does the things that it does during the song. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Queen performance I didn’t like but I think the Live Aid version of this song can’t be beat. Thanks for doing this reaction!
Gotta love Radio Ga Ga .. my 5 yr old granddaughter’s fav song! Wait! Maybe it’s the “eyes song” (Bohemian Rhapsody). No matter, we love them all. Hey, while at Wembley check out NOW I’M HERE .. all members of Queen shine!!
No actually the voice is broken and Roger sings all the high notes.Just listen - it's not Freddie's best day - but it showcases how tight the grout is - you can hear when Roger takes over - - or not? They are so professional and tight..
@@slickgaming810 Sorry - no - sometimes there are several hundreds - I respond as you are asking questions or wondering. - I will improve - or try to - or stop commenting if I see an old video.👍
All Rock is better live……they didn’t need what artists need today….Computer help..Auto tune etc…..There we’re no computers and gimmickry……you had to have true talent.
Queen indeed had the best fans crowd ever!!! 🔝
White Queen live at the Odeon!!!!! Stone Cold Crazy live at the Rainbow!!! ESPECIALLY White Queen! I promise, your brain will explode.
WHITE QUEEN live at Hammersmith...early QUEEN
Cool cat is a great song. Just Freddy and John. !!

Forget the studio recordings! Queen is best live…always and forever!
The harmonies are gobsmackingly brilliant. Queen are unsurpassable.
Queen live are untouchable - i was at thiis concert and omg it was outstanding

I'd say react to Liar - Live at the Rainbow 1974.

Lucky man
Freddie and Queen are a rare group where everything by them is better live. ❤😊❤
I'd always recommend checking out a live performance of any Queen track, as Freddie was just such an awesome showman. The audience was just another instrument he could play, making them sing the song themselves.
