My worst blind buy has been Rocca by Christian Provenzano. I find it to feel cheap smelling. :( I was enticed to buy it after seeing several reviews from people I usually trust. Unfortunately it did not work out.

OMG … This made me laugh … I love Sonia Constant and Ella K, too … I was SOOOO excited for Orchid K! Thankfully, I only bought a 10ml (I would have blind bought it if it wasn’t so difficult in the U.S.). I have NEVER been so dissapointed. I literally only get Abrofix. I don’t even get sweetness -Just synthetic ambergris. It absolutely feels undone to me as well. In talking to others, it seems ambrofix is not smelled by some people (Kinda like taste with cilantro)… I can imagine there is something beautiful in there somewhere, but I can’t get to it! I really hope her future offerings back off this note. 😭 I really, REALLY hope you continue your channel -I’d love to watch how you narrow down your collection (Something ii’m working on myself). 👍

Yes! Panettone was my bad blind buy - nothing like Italian panettone or home made Easter cake/ panettone. Lucky me, I got to sell it to sb who was madly in love with it 🙂 Thank you, Grorgia, for anotger captivating video! ❤

I've run into several "bait and switch" fragrances, but thankfully I buy decants first. Two of my worst ones were Lune Feline by Atelier des Ors & Amouage Material. The notes sounded beautiful and just my style. Lune Feline opened very pretty and I thought I had found a new love, but the dry down smelled like a first aid kit - iodine and band aids. 😝 Material was just an "Absolutely Not" from beginning to end!
Oh, those sound like awful experiences. Band aid could become a fragrance note 😝 I rember picking it up in Santal Kardamon by Lancome. Thank you so much for sharing!

Commodity Nectar is my worst blind buy; smells straight up like an ashtray to me 🚬🤮 Finally got my Tilia sample, she’s pretty but not sure I’m really wowed. Need to try her again one of these days. Hope to see you again - your content, unique/creative video style and taste in perfume are all beautiful 🌸

My worst blind buy was Kayali Amber Invite Only, i dont mean to be rude, but it was stinky to me and my boyfriend agreed😒 I wish you all the best and hope one day you come back with perfume videos, as they are really good quality🤗

Oh no, I really love your fragrance videos ☹Panettone was interesting for me, but I won't buy it again, because I used it up very quickly as the longevity and performance were poor.

Hii, I'm a new subscriber and am really enjoying your videos 🙂Orchid K is one I'm really looking forward to, but am slightly wary now after hearing your thoughts. As soon as I saw the notes I figured it may be similar to LDBS, Sintra, Oriana etc and I was just hoping it was different/ unique enough. I rarely blind buy these days, maybe just twice a year for things it's impossible to sample (Miguel Matos and Ikiryo were the ones I did last year) and I don't regret any of those thankfully! I remember smelling Panettone in a shop in Budapest when I was on holiday year and found it odd and thoroughly underwhelming! I agree re: customer service and would feel exactly the same re: a missing sample.

Oh my goodness! I know how you feel! Had the same experience except with Replica By the Fireplace!! To me it smells like an ash tray full of cigarette butts!! I gave it 2 chances several weeks apart. It’s awful and so many influencers rave about it! ☹️

Yes, I have blind one fragrance and I give it to my friend because I couldn’t wear it! And the fragrance is “Xerfoff- Accento Overdose” that parfum is too pointy,green and very strong!! So, I give it away and my friend she loved it! I hope I will learn from that experience!😂😂😂 O, I remember now I have one more and that is “Black Phantom”- Kiljan!:))) That one I wore but still there is something in that fragrance that is bugging me!😅😅😅 Thank you for your video and always looking forward for more!😊❤
Oh yes, Accento Overdose and Black Phantom were not winners for me either. I only had a sample of Black Phantom and found it interesting, but my boyfriend said it smells like failure 😂 Thank you for sharing ❤️🤗

I’m the kind of person who can appreciate and wear LOTS of fragrances, and very few are truly ghastly to me.
That said, my worst cheapie blind buy was Lattafa’s Ajwad (completely intolerable).
I typically don’t blind-buy niche, but I did just do that with Insolence and it’s nowhere near ghastly, but I am just kind of on the fence (needs a full wear, I only sprayed once). 😬

No! Bel Canto is not Jazz Club. It’s my favorite Sospiro! Its has an almondy vanilla to it. You have to love powdery perfumes.
I think your chemistry is just so different from mine. Plus our weather is different.

Great video, Georgia. Your misfortune gave me a chuckle. My worst blindbuy ever was Boucheron Pour Homme. I don't know what I was thinking with this one. The smell of Boucheron Pour Homme can be described in two words: Grandma's hug. I'm peeing myself laughing about it now, but I was furious for years after this one. What a waste.

uff! These were fragrances that I favored many decades ago, Chanel No5 (my first fragrance in 1970, I was 10 years old) I tried it recently and I had to leave the store immediately, the same happened with Panthere by Cartier.

I blind bought a dupe of incredibly hyped Gris Charnel, Lattafa's Liam, without smelling either, and it's terrible for me. I couldn't stand it, gave it to my father, as it smells strictly masculine to me, can't stand it on him either. And unfortunately, it's really powerful and long-lasting... 😂

My worst blind purchase is my most recent ; Molinard Lavende , first spray on test strip is a vile chemical almost wood alcohol scent which dominates everything else . Lavender should be a comforting enveloping clean scent but this is contrary . Spraying on my wrist the chemical stench disappeared almost completely after several hours but remained with a boring powdery scent and nothing else . If this is how it’s supposed to smell then this is simply “ lousy “ perfumery . I’m sending it back to the retailer for their evaluation , hopefully it’s just a spoiled or contaminated juice during the filling process .

Orchid K was my worst blind buy in a while as well which I didn’t see coming. I was for sure I was going to love it but I was so disappointed especially considering I love her line and have many fragrances of hers with one being my signature scent but honestly Orchid K was just awful, so much woods and ambrofix, very artificial.
Totally, I feel the same way... My favorite is Reflet sur L'Okavango, it smels like the accacia forests in my home town next to the Danube river, so beautiful. Thank you for sharing ❤️🤗
My worst blindbye was.. VIA LA BELLE.. my God it stinks so bad, I just can't stand the perfume.

Ohh 🤔 that sounds interesting, I think we are meny that forgets us self, but are trying too fokus on family insted, I always thought, I can do it later, too morrow or totally forgot to do it.
We have an alternative therapy lady I my area, that juse aroma therapy ( not perfume but werry god scented oils)
I have heard it should be a good eksperiens, but haven't tried it myself.
Is that what you are thinking of doing, scent therapy.
@@snudder.s.m.l.5026 Aroma therapy is interesting, I guess fragrances are doing something similar. My perspective is that we don't need anything at all to heal... to be content... all the answers are within each of us, if we only take the time to stop and listen.
How long have you had the Panettone? I was sure I was going to love it but it smelled absolutely revolting. Like boozy rotting fruit and kerosene. I read a review saying it needs to sit so I’m hoping it will get better.

Worst blind buys- Stella McCartney Pop and mandarina duck - freedomland- smells like undiluted cordial/ squash, it was unbearable - fortunately they were quite cheap!

My most recent blind buy fail was Gucci Memoire d'Une Odeur. So many reviewers I respect have it and love it… and to me it smelled like rubber… like balloons mixed with gasoline. Just awful. Gave it a week and tried again and ugh… horrible. Sold it that week. The memory of it still makes me sick.

“Arpege” was my worse buy ! This fragrance have history, was one of Marilyn Monroe favourite , was even show up in one of her movies, it was a cult !!! OMG !!! It stinks, it have this fecal smell, it’s so depressing!!! All my Manceras were blind buy and I don’t like them !!! “Montblanc Individual “ was another hate !!! And the worse of all was the Tom Ford copy from those Arabic brands !!!
