Larry, it's always great to see a new video from you. Thanks for doing this comparison. I'm looking forward to seeing how you use Lab-Metal in a future video as well as the electrolysis video using the DC power supply. Keep them videos coming! 👍
@@CycleFabyou don't by any chance no any links for the electronic control switch module inside or the purion spark generator I've got the 120v Chicago electric one but I've blown it by plugging it in the 240v in a rush wouldn't mind but I've had it years & always run from a 110 transformer.or anyone in the comments reading this ?
@@CycleFab ok mate look like each components individually & just soldier them on until it works again. do yano any of the names of your parts inside haven't you got the different model with the adjustable nob on the back ?
Thanks for the comparisons. Really wish you would've tried USC All Metal too.. They claim it can be powder coated, but don't think I've seen anyone try it yet.
I always hear guys say use JB weld and question it. I think there is a point where depending on the item you either need to work the metal better or use some lead but not sure how well lead will hold up overall either.
I have some OEM CSL wheels from a BMW E46 M3 that have some curb rash. What product would work to fill in some of the deeper gouges on the lip or am I SOL??
Beware of Lab Metal 450. I got loads of bubbles on a newly powder coated telescope mount. I followed all the directions, which were vague and confusing to begin with.

I am sorry to say that I have not found a suitable material that is acceptable for a good cosmetic appearance on wheels.

Thanks for the info!
Curious why lab metal didn’t sand grind very well for you this time vs. Your lab metal successful applications in past
I have no idea. That's why I'm going to be doing more videos with Lab Metal.
