As per Mufti Rasheed Ahmed Ludhianwi marhoom (of Jamia tur Rasheed Karachi) to check deendari of a man you check the presence of hubb e maal and hubb e Jaa.. which means desire for money and fame I suppose. Because any person who has these desires strongly can’t be a deendaar person. The detailed beyan is on RUclips. But my own little analysis found this parameter very helpful and appropriate for checking deendari. Jazakallah
Thats so true...i use to think that atleast men and specialy women studying in madrasaas and offering namaz,doing hijab in public must be deendar and true muslims...but no, even such people are not neccesarily Deendar and in many cases they can be worst than other fasiq people..... i've learned as what someone said that "Never Judge A Book By Its Cover" ....

Reality is that most people look for money while doing marriages. You can be truthful, honest and hardworking but if you don't have money then nothing matters in our society. 99 percent of families will reject any Rishta based on financial reasons.

He died even without building his house. His crime was that he was a non-government civilian and he just believed on uprightness and truthfulness. He used to work 16-18 hours a day. So the question is that whether Pakistani society rewarded him and the answer is No.

I respect that but in reality n specially in Pakistan it's not possible for both genders to find righteous person. Parents are the biggest problem in our society, they have a different list to qualify a boy n a girl. Whenever i hear well settled from both sides, it triggers me so hard. -a girl who give full attention to her family , protect herself from namahram eyes, fully comply with Deen commandments in regards to her duties towards her husband, do not leave home without a mahram and would seek husband permission

Nice answer but the first step in finding the right person is believing it exists secondly believing that it is connected divinely to you thirdly you work on "yourself" so that your spouse will automatically feel the same if you are a true believer Allah will let you know who is your spouse and then you believe and move accordingly. Definitely you create awareness about not to be arrogant about being namazi but if the person is praying 5 daily prayers at least he is obeying and bowing down to his CREATOR and slowly namaz stops you from all bad stuff. So you never know. But we can't criticize the person who do 5 daily prayers and doubt him/her. I personally met two non-praying people who criticise the people who pray and they say the same thing that 5 times namazi are majority bad people. Sahih Bukhari (vol. 4, book 52, Hadith: 254) has a Hadith saying that,
“Allah wonders at those people who will enter Paradise in chains.”
- Abu Dawud’s version (Kitab al Jihad, Hadith: 2672) says:
Our Lord Most High is charmed with people who will be led to Paradise in chains.

I have been thinking a lot about this (Really so much) I think this is very important for a muslim boy to know @Sahil Adeem We can ask questions from a girl about Deen. Like we can do a psychological game, We can ask her questions to trigger and and check the level of Deen she has. If she is a deendar khatoon she will respond with strong arguments and aggression (probably) otherwise she will agree with us in everything like the liberal scholars do with the west.
e.g. Ask her point of view about parda. Why is she doing it? it is actually an old tradition and mostly the women of time of Prophet SAW and khulfa e rashidoon does this, in this modern era where we have to engage with the society so much in so many ways, I don't think a women should have a strong parda from non mahram. she can just do hijab and do everything like normal girls do.
Then see her response.

sorry to say we are a society of hypocrites, rather than purifying ourselves we seek for the pure deendar partner and most of the times we fail. hamein chahye hum Apnay ap ko paak kary aur Allah par tawakal kar ky effort kary deendar partner dhondany ki. there would be two results in my opinion; either you end up finding a deendar partner or you make them deendar after marriage. Allah hum sab ko aesa banaye jesa usay pasand aye aur we always do things to satisfy Allah, Ameen. keep trying brothers and sister but consistently koshish zaya nahi jaye ghi, In shaa Allah
