Please stop posting about this program, very few can get accepted as you have to have a following of thousands, you covered this last month, and it doesn't work for any country other than U.S. - It's like 5% of ppl who watch this video can actually use the program you're talking about.
Just because this particular method isn't for you doesn't mean it's not for others. I understand that you are having fatigue seen method after method that you can't take advantage of. Let me ask you this. What country are you from and what do you want to know? Maybe I know something that may help you or maybe I don't.
It's only available in US but if you know how to talk in English you can apply. Also even if you don't have a good amount of followers in any social media, you can build it pretty quickly, especially tiktok. You can pick up a niche and repost viral videos from that niche. I get crazy with something so easy to make money and people still finding objections and obstacles... People are really making 3000 plus very easy with this thing just by posting a video review of a product, most of the time you already have in your home...
I applied for onsite over 6 weeks ago - still haven't heard anything, but crossing my fingers I can get in before the end of the year. As much as I hate the "increased competition" videos like this inevitably bring, I appreciate you sharing your strategy - love the spreadsheet idea!
The increased competition might not be as bad as you think. Literally, millions of products, each with 6 video opportunities and more products (thousands?) being added every single day. I've done retail arbitrage with Amazon, as well as the Associates program, and this one looks the most promising. I got instantly approved for the first step and started to upload lots of vids, anticipating being approved for that coveted "additional onsite placement." But I was told by Amazon after about 3 weeks to remove all my vids and start the approval process for that second step again. I deleted them all and just up'd 3 unboxing vids. So, hopefully, I'll get approved soon (I deleted and re up'd around December 26). Also, I saw that Walmart is about to start up a beta of their own influencer program, as well. I'm assuming Target is around the corner. Spencer, thanks for being so open and honest in your vids. I heard about this program from this vid of yours, and I'm SO anxious about getting approved for the second step and to start uploading (though, having worked with Amazon for so long on other programs, I DO have a slightly different way to research the right products ;). Anyway, thanks again for the introduction to this. It's been a while that I've actually been excited about a new opportunity like this.

This side hustle strategy is something I am actually going to try out! I always check out those product videos before buying and this seems like something really worth taking the time to experiment with. Hey bud, do yourself a favor. Only upload 3 videos until you are approved for the influencer on-site commissions stage. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting denied, then moved to the back of the waiting list.

Great video as always! I just submitted my three videos for the Amazon review program two weeks ago and patiently waiting to get accepted (I have been checking twice a day). Once I get accepted, I am planning on uploading hundreds of Amazon review videos. Big tip, you can review items you don't even buy on Amazon. For example, if you bought something from Home Depot, you can create a review video and tag the Amazon item (which is an absolute game changer in my opinion). I'm going to make a review video on my channel once I get accepted and start making money if this can actually work for me too!
I also plan to upload the videos to RUclips and tag the product with my affiliate link. I still think there are people that search RUclips for product reviews and I think this could be an additional stream of revenue. Once you generate a regular stream of income, you can purchase additional products to review from that income. I say, turn around and resell those as used on Amazon to recoup some of your cost.
Amazon would take a big chunk of those resells....I would do ebay and sell it for a little less than retail and just make sure to put in, "never used, just opened the box" in the description.

You have a following. I applied with my RUclips, Instagram, FB. Instantly denied. No review process. Just sees no following. You have a following of course they let you. It’s called the influencer program. 99.9% of people are not influencers
They want to teach it, or coach it in some way. If they have tens of thousands to spend on it, they can build it up to look like its a goldmine. But if Amazon doesnt want this thing ruined, they will let less & less people in right now. If not the flood of hungry people will saturate it quickly. And theres other factors that come into play, such as customers awareness of the influencer program, & the trust of the paid reviewers. If too many people flood the review videos & come off as youtube make money enthusiasts, rather than customers themselves, the real customers will stop clicking the videos by influencers. That aspect is something very few even know exists. Its huge on amazon too as the customers are trained to review hunt.
My first 3 videos got approved after a few days. I've now uploaded videos for 11 products and plan to do 4 more tomorrow. After 30 days i'll check to see if i've made anything and report back here with an update. Good luck to everyone thats giving this a try.

30 Day Update: I originally thought my first 3 videos were approved but i found the creator hub page and see where it says their in review, live and learn. Anyhow, Its been 30 days since i uploaded those first few videos so i've got a bit more waiting to do. Looks like people are saying it takes around 45 days so i'll check again in a few weeks and update then :-)
Day 37 Update: Well i finally heard back and i was rejected. Looks like in 1 of the videos they reviewed i mentioned what i paid for the product and thats against their terms. I had to delete All of my videos to try again. This time i just uploaded 3. I'll be back in another 6 weeks with hopefully some good news :-)
Hi guys. I actually got approved but the problem is that it seems I can’t upload videos from germany. I’m so disappointed. Would have been nice to mention that in the video.
I added three videos and got approved within a week. The videos are 2-3 minutes long and pretty good quality. I then received a message on the dashboard saying " Your videos don't meet our video quality bar to be shown on placements outside your storefront" which is strange as they are better than the ones on the products??? They say delete and start again. Have you faced that issue @buildapreneur

I just checked my account, and it's finally fully approved to make the commissions! I started the account November 23rd, so it took 5.5 weeks. (felt like months, lol)

Update: I found out that my 'onsite commission' feature won't be unlocked until Amazon shares my content on Amazon and generates a sale. It says "Onsite Commissions are earned when Amazon displays your published content on the Amazon site and customers click on your content and make a qualifying purchase." I am now less hopeful about this program because none of my videos have been featured on product pages, but I won't give up. Original comment: I've been waiting for your update on this program! Since I got accepted to the program, I published three videos but they are not published on the product pages but only on my storefront. For one product I did, under 'Video for this product section', there are 1 video from the company and 2 from customers (review), and under 'Videos for related products', there are 1 from another company and 2 from other influencers. Do you think they decided my videos are not good enough to be featured on the product page? How can I increase my chances to be featured on the product pages? Spencer, how do you think you got featured on the product pages?

Sorry, but "influencer" doesn't work for most people who are not really active on social media. You literally have to spend hours a day to build up your follower list. "Micro-" influencer means over 500 followers. Any less and Amazon denies you. Sorry to break your bubble here, but if you aren't an influencer, you won't make any money.
I made an account right after watching this video and it was approved instantly. I live in Canada and used my Instagram which has slightly under 5K followers and I only post to my account once a year.
Have been accepted into the influencer program, but still waiting to get the video unlock. 9 videos are up and going to continue to build until I do accepted.
This a very informative video, but when I applied with an Instagram account with 1,495 followers and around 110 likes and 15 comments per post, it immediately denied me and said I was not eligible. I was really disappointed because I have no other social media accounts that are bigger. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
I LOVE that there’s a barrier to entry. I wish I had to wait LONGER than six weeks to get approved for on-site commissions. WHY? Because the friction keeps the whiners and instant gratification people OUT. “Oh, I have to wait a few months before I can earn more (passively) than a lawyer that studied for 6 years? No way man…” Competition stays low and the reward stays high. I’m not approved yet for onsite commissions but I’m punching through that wall because I know what’s on the other side.
Don’t forget to mention how long you have to wait to get approved. 5 weeks for me so far. Still reviewing and being patient but it does take forever. Somewhere else I read it could take 3-4 months!! 🤯

there was initial investment, you just didn't feel it because you usually buy stuff from amazon. being from a third world country, amazon is rarely used and item cost much more when converted.

I made an account right after watching this video and it was approved instantly. I live in Canada and used my Instagram which has slightly under 5K followers and I only post to my account once a year.

I posted 3 more earlier ,I was getting ready to do a 4th when I saw this. I guess I continue to make videos and not post until I am approved.
This a very informative video, but when I applied with an Instagram account with 1,495 followers and around 110 likes and 15 comments per post, it immediately denied me and said I was not eligible. I was really disappointed because I have no other social media accounts that are bigger. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
I’m not sure, but I would try to post a bunch of really consistent engaging Contant for a few weeks and then try again. It will be worth it
When I applied with my Instagram and Facebook accounts. I got a message that said it has to be a business page connected to the account.
Have you considered creating an app or tech system that scans Amazon for products that haven’t been video reviewed?
I was thinking the same thing! Would be a great money maker.
I bet it can be done with a really clever Google search. Or when GPT4 comes out (hopefully by February 2023).

I LOVE that there’s a barrier to entry. I wish I had to wait LONGER than six weeks to get approved for on-site commissions.
WHY?
Because the friction keeps the whiners and instant gratification people OUT.

Don’t forget to mention how long you have to wait to get approved. 5 weeks for me so far. Still reviewing and being patient but it does take forever. Somewhere else I read it could take 3-4 months!! 🤯

You mean the placement on the product page? I was wondering if they decided that my videos are not good enough to be on the product pages because Amazon only published them on my storefront. Do you think they might place my videos(your videos, too) after they publish them on the influencer's storefront? Do I still have hopes?

YES! One thing is that I wish there was a link to the video on how to grow an influence account to 1,000 followers. But otherwise, great stuff.
there was initial investment, you just didn't feel it because you usually buy stuff from amazon. being from a third world country, amazon is rarely used and item cost much more when converted.
