So like LG Twin Wash from a few years ago. I knew Samsung would eventually have to follow LG here once they saw how much better LG did an additional washer versus Samsung's stupid plastic sink thing. LG is always a bit ahead of the time and they truly innovate.
They are fiercely competitive with each other. I think we have to give it to LG AND Samsung for bringing innovation to what is a pretty stale market with US laundry manufacturers/designers.
So the washer will actually fill up with water and beat the clothes with a stick to wash? It will actually fill with water to rinse out every bit of soap? I can open it at any time to add in something I forgot? I can throw in a load of clothes and it will be done in a half hour? I can start it and know I will get clean clothes because it won't stop since it went out of balance or the control board crapped out? If not I don't want it!
But will it explode ? that is the question
Samsung has released more than 10 new phones around the world after Note 7 if that helps?
I was on their web site, which said the problem happened with bedding and waterproof items. Now you can't spin out bedding at high, but not sure what they have done about waterproof items.
They still don't make dryers that vent the hot air (dried up) inside the house, it's so much nicer to dry your clothes in the winter.
IoT is good but the basics are much more important.
Is it explosion proof?
so if i buy the set, im look at four bombs, instead of just 2?
It's funny to see other companies copy LG's TwinWash
LGwasherFan ikr
LGwasherFan 2018 for lg introducing a built in sink in our new top loader
LGwasherFan to me these washers arent anything special at all. Twinwash thing was first made of LG so samsung just did the same thing but on the top. And the special design is probably only to make it look more soecial and better so more customers buy it. But probably the washing results are just the same as the samsung washer that are half the price. Dont waste your money on that one. I agree with you
That is false - the results in either machine will not be the same. I have the LG Sidekick. I have yet to get anything but a Cold water wash, and you cannot use bleach. With the Samsung's mini washer, you can use Hot water AND Bleach AND you will not have to buy more water hoses. Big differences there.
I think we should start seeing more and more of these two in one washers, because it makes more sense. Actually this Samsung is a better setup. I have the LG Sidekick, and so far I have not been able to get anything other than a Cold wash, you cannot use bleach in it, and we had to purchase extra water hoses. Plus, the Sidekick collects moisture when not in use, so I have to leave it pulled out when not in use. Fortunately no one will trip on it.
As a former Samsung appliance tech I'll say this - while in theory this and other things sound great on paper in reality it's far from it. The simpler the appliance the better it is in the long run.
Does it explode?
Have we forgotten the ones that were basically exploding?
Hey, look No more $500 stands (rip-offfs) to place the washer and dryer on!
price?
will it burn?
No other but lg twin wash was out 1st
But, besides why not, why?
Better not explode
JM2003 samsung has released 12 phones after the note 7 around the world sooo no
Didn't really explain much, just that both machines have compartments.
Can I control it with my Samsung phone ?
watch the video
Now I have to buy a new dryer and washer
Samsung does know you can put it all in ONE machine right???
I have a Samsung top loader the WA48H7400AW that I really like and there's definitely nothing original about this LG twin wash system but, Samsung makes a good front load washer. Why do consumers get caught up on originality? If they have something to add besides criticism why don't you get your degree in engineering and work really hard to develop an outstanding resume' that will completely impress Samsung Corp and then implement your ideas? Oh wait, it's easier to complain about it on the internet then it is to do anything about it. I forget...
Randomvideos 242 Exactly, who cares about originality when it comes to a washer and a dryer. It's a washer and dryer we're talking about! lmao
DEA WILL IT EXPLODE!?
ill wait for next year when they come out with trio flex wash...Bc I need 3 washers and 3 dryers....... freaking exploding gadgets....
Seriously
lol i rather buy quality like Miele or Bosch
Until you're asked to pony up the $4k+ for laundry units that cost much more than your entire lifetime wardrobe😱!
wyzemann it cost more than my trailer home 😱
576356 😅
Don't buy them new off the showroom floor. Just wait a bit and you''ll see them in the scratch and dent section deeply reduced. I just bought an LG Fl machine with steam for $400 that retails for $999. But yeah, I don't expect them to be cheap either way....you are getting two machines in each one.
if i hear the word flex one more time...
Let's hope it doesn't blow up
No thanks samsung .. i dont want another exploding washer . Just sold our samsung last year and switched back to whirlpool.
this washer and dryer is missing a 30 inch display screen that's on all the Samsung products.....mmmm it better explode or its not a samsung
Akeem Perez lg did that years ago
Thanks to the dual wash tub, the costumers may experience a double explosion at once!!
Stop copying other companies Samsung
"no other washer has this much capacity...." my LG WM9000hva has a 6.0L capacity and if I buy the sidekick pedestal washer attachment, its a further 1.1L ontop.... Check your damn facts Samsung cuz last I looked 6L +1.1L = 7.1L > than your 5L+1L=6L.
Instead of trying to fool everyone with your BS marketing and "new" features, why not try to make something that doesn't blow up in peoples faces... You know, the basics of home electronics and appliances.
Although you are still right with the rest of the information, I would like to point out that the LG WM9000hva has a 5.2L capacity and the pedestal is 1.0L for a total of 6.2L. The 7.1L you mention is an overkill.
oh, i should mention, the Canadian version of the wm9000hva is 6.0cu/ft...
www.lg.com/ca_en/washing-machines/lg-WM9000HVA-twinwash-system
and the Canadian version of the pedestal washer is 1.1cu/ft... So not wrong, but definitely overkill..
Also I've been saying litre as a volume when in fact its cubic feet. So technically my washer has a 170L capacity. :)
