Made these with cranraisins worked great. today I am punching it up a bit put 2 tables of lemon zest in flour cut milk back to 1 1/4 cup added 1/4 of lemon juice. Made a Blueberry compote with lemon juice , sugar and gelatin let cool and spread the compote over the cream cheese with some fresh blueberries so good.
I made these today, terrific! I like the raisin brioche from the supermarkets but these are a big step above. Thanks from Canada's capitol, Ottawa, Ontario.
