The "complimentary" snack is just pointless and embarrassing. They need to scrap it and offer a proper BOB like they did with the M&S menus! They even have pre-order now too. So taking up space in the galley for a silly waste of time snack, is just stupidity in my opinion.
I think it's nice to have the snack as it makes the experience ever so slightly less cheap, however I do really miss the variety with the M&S menus! In an ideal world, they'd hand out something like a sandwich on a flight like this for free but that's almost unheard of in Europe these days, where legacy carriers all follow the likes of low-costs....
